1 of the BG's dimensions is at 1023x767. set it to 1024x768 like the other BG.

[Easy]
HP1 makes it "too" easy for beginners to clear. increase it by 1 to put a bit of a challenge for beginners.
00:21:453 (1) - maybe add a finish at the beginning, but then again, reduce the volume to 20% to match the vocals.
00:41:801 (3) - is the whistle here to match the piano? if not remove it because it ruins the consistency in whistles.
00:52:757 (1) - i think the finish is too loud for a calm song like this. reduce it by 30% to match the volume of the cymbals. i think...
01:02:149 (4) - same as 00:21:453 but at the end. you'll hear the sound of the cymbal's volume increasing when it reaches the circle.
01:10:497 (4) - ^
01:26:670 (1) - i suggest moving it below the middle where it can be fully visible for beginners to see. the spinner-osu file and the hitburst is covering this note and that makes it hard for beginners to know where it is. once it disappears, it'll disappear once the note is hit.
02:25:627 (2) - Ctrl+> for a better flow from the previous slider.

I think AR5 is a bit too fast for a slow song like this. so decrease it to AR4. since this is a slot song, i think it fits with the song and it flows a lot smoother.
00:21:453 (2) - the whistle should be at the repeat arrow. adding it at the beginning ruins the consistency in whistles.
00:25:105 (1) - if you follow the suggestion above, add a whistle here. same reason as above.
bascially from 00:20:931-00:50:149, keep your whistles consistent. i don't like the current whistle pattern because i felt uncomfortable when i heard this add whistles at every 4th and 2nd downbeat to keep the consistency in whistles.
00:58:497 (1,2) - i suggest that you make either 1 of the sliders look the same as the other. it'd flow a lot smoother during gameplay.
01:52:497 (3) - maybe a finish at the end to match the vocals?
01:55:105 (4,1,2) - this should be 1 combo because it follows "Hoshi no yume" the lyrics change for (2), but the melody changes on (3).

[Hard]
00:24:062 (7) - space out these notes like you did at 00:28:236 and make this a NC because it follows instrumental. (1-6) is following vocals and it stops here.
00:28:236 (8) - same as above but just make this a NC. same reason as above.
00:32:410 (5) - same as 00:24:062
01:36:062 (6) - ik you can make a slider smoother than this. when i reached this, it breaks the flow to the next note.
i think the NCs need a bit of work. there's parts where the instrumental or vocals change at the 1st part, but this is just my personal opinion on this.

00:57:975 (4,5) - spacing is too close. it's at 1.10 and the default DS is at 1.20.
01:26:931 (4) - i don't like this kick slider. it doesn't follow the drums properly. so make this repeat once and add another 1/4 kick slider that ends at 01:27:975 to follow the drums accurately. if you ignore this, then you can do something similar to this.
01:46:757 (6) - add a finish to match the cymbals.
01:47:801 (1) - ^
01:48:583 (4) - same as above but at the end.
01:50:149 (4) - remove the whistle at the end. it sounds bad and it doesn't fit with this part. it'd be ok if there's a note or if the slider ends at the blue tick, but adding it on the white tick makes it sounds bad IMO.
01:57:453 (1) - same as 01:46:757 but at the beginning.


I guess that's it. i think that this map can improve with more finishes IMO. anyways GL :D

Fixed some in easy diff 249. Umm, i don't think the finish sound is good, so i won't add it.
About nc in hard, i think i'll wait for another person opinion again. Because i don't follow vocal at that part. I follow the piano most of the time when the slow part is coming. Other's part are fixed.

first the offset and sb time is not same

only 1 problem for me is the lyric appear too slow

- Byakugan249 mentioned about one of the background being 1023x767, but I didn't see your reason of why this isn't change so I'll remention this.
- No custom hit burst? Since you have custom lighting.png, my hit burst look out of place. I think you should enforce a hitburst or make a custom one.

01:26:670 (1) - beginning of this doesnt follow anything
Had a feeling someone mention this. I don't agree that if you change this, rhythm will be more difficult. Imo, current rhythm is harder to read because it isn't following anything so if you are listening to the music, you'll either be hitting early or late. I could also argue rhythm from this spinner 01:24:062 (1) - to this note is 3/2. Changing to 1/1 or 2/1 would be nicer I think. Plus spinner is following drums, weird to stop following it all the sudden. And for 01:28:236 (1), it's following a strong cymbal sound + a slider, I do not think beginner will miss this just because rhythm is 3/2 or 5/2 if you move the slider 1/2 backward , forward or extend 1/2 and move backward. I hope you reconsider this.
* = rechecked whistle suggestions, sometime hitsound sound good when listening in the editor, but when playing, or listening to the whole section, they may sound off so do what you think is good for you. Any whistle suggesiton without * means that I see no reason not to do them.

+1 hp & od, too low compare to Hard (bad difficulty spread) and I don't see any reason to reduce them for lower star rating here.

00:26:410 (3) - I prefer if you shorten this slider by 1/1 and put a circle instead so that you have to hit a note everytime the piano is played instead. Alternatively, you can remove this slider and add repeat to (2) instead and put the hit circle. If you don't like any of these suggestions, I think the best option for a Normal is this http://puu.sh/wkiB Two short sliders.
00:36:584 (2,3) - Cannot agree with not putting anything on 00:36:844. (1) is following piano so I expect a note here. My best suggestion is to remove both hit circle and do a short slider on 00:36:844.
00:40:236 (1) - I would move the white point a bit more down like this http://puu.sh/wkk9. This shape doesn't seem nice compare to song feel for me.

01:33:453 (4,5) - Prefer something like 01:50:149 instead.
01:48:323 (3) - Whistle sound nice here, (finish 1/1 pause whistle 1/1 pause finish) hitsound everytime you need to hit a note which is nice for gameplay.
01:52:497 (3) - Finish at end sound better than nothing. Easy does this as well.
01:54:323 (2) - Whistle seem good here for me
01:54:323 (2) - Emphasize the vocal? Since "Mi" is emphasize with the finish, whistle on the "kon" would sound nice and again, hitsound everytime you need to hit is nicer for gameplay.

01:59:540 (1) - I would stack this to emphasize the vocal and no hi hat sound
01:59:801 (2,3,4) - Guess I would space this out, to be honest, I don't see why some are spaced out and some are stacked, the song doesn't really change much so I think all stack or all space out would be better.

I think the main thing that bother me is hitsound. I hear hi hat, high piano notes, bell. It really make me feel like you could use a lot more whistle or do some custom hi hat sound. I didn't suggest many whistle here because you may not like following hi hat for example because in Easy, you didn't follow it. 02:14:670 - End - Whistle placement here is really good imo, I wish you did something like this for the rest of the beatmap.

[Sekai's Hard]

00:48:584 (7) - Would put whistle at begin, it's almost the same as 00:46:497 (1), but softer piano here.
00:51:453 (3,5,6) - You should follow the piano here, whistle on the red ticks of these notes.
01:00:062 (3,2,4) - I wouldn't follow hi hat sound, but bell sound instead. So I would remove from (2) and put on end of (3) and begin of (4)
01:09:453 (1,2) - Follow piano, whistle on begin of (1) and (2).and remove from end of (1) and begin of (3). I do not understand why you choose to do your whistle like this. This whistle pattern fits much better with your rhythm because the hitsound are on the places you have to hit and not say end of a slider which is much better for gameplay.
01:26:931 (4) - I guess you didn't put because the drum sound here is much lower than before, but having nothing at all sound weird, clap at begin and end of this repeating slider sound nicer.
02:12:323 (1) - Suggest whistle to follow piano
02:14:670 - End - Follow Miya's Hard whistle pattern for this part.

Pattern looks really good here, but really confuse by your whistle pattern, it's following hi hat, but your diff rhythm is not focus on the drums.

I think whistle usage need more work in all diff. Easy at kiai time, Normal, check for consistency, Hard, begin till end of kiai time sound too empty and Sekai's Hard, change from follow hi hat to piano and bell instead. Alternatively, you can ask pm me for a hitsound mod if you really don't see a problem or have no idea what to do. Not much pattern suggestion since I'm really bad at mapping slow songs.

Another hitsouind mod lol, but everything else in the diffs looks quite good. Since hitsound bother me a lot, I would normally not star, but I'm confident you can make it better and Shimotsuki Haruka :D

AR+1 is better imo, cuz you use some complex rhyme in this diff (like 01:29:279 - to 01:45:453 - ), AR2 is kinda hard to read the rhyme cuz the approach is too slow.. Hmm, i don't think so. I can read the rythim so well, with ar 2. I'm sure beginner can read the rythim well too since the bpm of this song is slow.
01:04:236 (2) - try to move this slider up a bit, it's nearly out of the screen ok
01:26:670 (1) - this is too far from the spinner imo, I suggest put it near the middle of the screen, or it's really hard for newbies to play Fixed
02:00:323 (3) - try to move this slider up a bit, it touched the edge of the screen ok
