the ass-tearing and ass-bleeding isn't getting any better. i dont know if i'll be able to get rid of this, as it has been a while, but no notable change has been made.
i still suspect i'm dealing with an anal fissure or internal hemorrhoids or some shit, because this is kinda yikes. luckily, it's not too painful and is relatively bearable.
