ended up having quite a good night after my post at 3 AM but I am still tired because I fell asleep so darn late.
sleeping at 3 am might just be rookie level sleep time

I didn't plan to sleep that late, I just couldn't sleep until 3 AM when I decided to eat something and browse the internet for a while before going back to sleep.
Sometimes my brain just gets in a sort of panic mode were I am thinking about a ton of stuff very quickly and when that happens my brain gets stuck in a sort of loop where it tries to put together my thought but cannot because of how darn tired it is and just keep retrying over and over without letting me sleep.
And since I am so darn tired I usually don't realise that before a good while, which is why I spent 3 entire hours like this before getting up and clearing my mind.
I am not sure if anyone else experience this sometimes too.
