Hard difficulty is definitely a Hard.

Also, whistle hitsounds follow the songs perfectly.

For whatever reason, you informed me that you wouldn't like a bubble from SFG, so here you go. This is not a return to modding maps, but I consider these special circumstances with help and the amount of people involved etc.

Hard:
- Concerning 'Hard' difficulty title: within the spread, calling this 'Insane' would imply a higher difficulty jump than what's there. I also consider the notes after spinner to be appropriate to the difficulty.
-- However, I agree that some of the whistles can seem a bit random. Hope to speak to Niva, but they do work perfectly in the chorus.
-- I'd stack differently placed notes on slider ends... well, differently, but nobody else seems to have a problem with playability.

Roddie's Normal:
04:05:895 (3) - Maybe raise volume to about 25% here? Still has that ending effect, without the awkward almost-silenceness.

Easy:
-- Lots of inter-combo symmetry errors that could be fixed to stop relentless ugliness. Give a shout if you want them fixed (recommended).
00:48:490 - I'd personally add a note here, to fill an awkward gap.
01:50:322 (1) - Try shortening this to 01:52:154 (Scale by -> ~0.66, if you prefer) and adding notes on the 1/1s following. Goes on a bit too long and awkwardly in my opinion as/is.
-- Good difficulty otherwise!

I'd still like to talk to Niva first, but if you can get another few reliable, supported opinions about the whistles, I'd happily bubble this while I'm here.

I just did a quick run through of the Hard.

The whistles up to about 37 seconds sounded great. Everything from there to the last section that's like the first 37 seconds is kind of bleh to me. I wouldn't say "random" more than that I simply don't like it as much. I'm mostly looking at the whistles on the slider tracks for this. I did spot a couple inconsistently used whistles in the end though, and there's a spinner change around 70% that I'd like done to give more impact, but HellDawn didn't want it. Whatever, I guess.

Um, yeah. I suppose that's all. Map looked mostly fine except for a couple sliders I didn't like the looks over due to red anchor point usage and a weird jump before a spinner somewhere aaaaah so tired.

03:09:108 (1,2) - A suggestion - why not to delete 1 repeat from (1) and put a 1/4 slider after it so it fits the music? Sounds far better than how it is right now.
03:17:123 (2,3,4) - I quite don't like these offbeat sliders. They should start on the following white tick, not the red tick. The sliders should follow the beginning of the lyrics, not end at the beginning of them as it's in your case. I would move 3 of them 1/2 forward and add a note before (2) at 03:17:123. Sounds better.
If you use this, fix the jump in the following pattern as well.
