You just need to drag the slider in the time axes and put it back. I think it is a bug caused by .ose file format change.

Try to lower the difficulty by remove some of the 1/2 notes in Kiai. In other part of the map, no 1/2 triple is used(except the final part), so there will be a sharp note density increase in this part.
Hello. About anti-jumps. Have you ever asked mapper to make the spacing between streams in Hard wider? That's makes no sense, right? So why should I do it in Normal? It's like stream for Normal and plays MUCH easy than if there was bigger spacing, believe me. I play Normals sometimes.Shiro wrote:

I was asked to check on the anti-jumps in Normal. I'd like you to change them because I can see them being very confusing, but they're not that big of an issue.
Hard should be AR7. The difficulty is too big between Normal and Hard without that. Also this needs at least a third diff.
I had a very quick look at Hard and 00:27:952 (10) - should be placed under the end of 00:26:752 (5) - to complete the star so the jump goes between 00:27:952 (10,1) - because it would make much more sense. Current jump doesn't make sense at all. It could make sense if it was followed by a jump on 00:27:952 (10,1) - but it's not, make a triangle or something, you're trying to highlight something that's hardly noticeable in the song
