I think it's very difficult for be a normal :T
Approach Rate -2
Slider velocity change it to 1,00. 1,30 can be very fast for a normal.
With that, you have to fix everything.
Or else ... You can completely ignore what I say xD

00:01:827 (3) - 1 grid up or 1 down
00:11:942 (2) - spacing
00:22:570 (1) - ^
02:21:885 (1) - the hit of the spinner can cover it.

And the distance snap change it to x1,2 (You change it with "alt")

2:33:885 - You could crop the song after this time with a fade to reduce filesize if you wanted. It's usually a good idea to do when a song is alot longer than the beatmap. -- If you don't plan to map it that is.
Apply the general comboing rule from normal to add difficulties :)

I don't know if you noticed it, but all other Diffs just go till 2:32. It would be the best if you cut the Taiko Diff also to 2:32...
