Well i'm having that problem as seen here: youtube.com/watch?v=VptVlYQoLmk&t=4s on circle people's video of BeasttrollMC they had his skin but the Sliderb and etc etc is wrong what i found out is that those were x2 images i have no problem resizing them but what causes them and how do i prevent them?

It just means that u play on a low resultion that does not support HD elements. By fixing that just download the HD into SD-Converter.
HD images get loaded when osu uses a resolution of 800px or more height.
You will eihter need to resize everything or you could open your "osu![heres your PC account name].cfg" file and set HighResolution to 1. This will force your osu to use @2x files over non-@2x files. This may be a problem if you have a potato PC. With this changed settings you should never get a problem with missing SD images.
