I tried it once had a potato laptop like really no graphic card at all and it play osu just fine and shit. Not only osu it even survive the neptunia series (1to 3) but you can literally fried some egg after a two hour session tho . And that laptop cost like only ehh a deal and half of my college campus life which is cheap like 100.
osu can run on your toaster.

HD 620 should be suitable for like 600 fps, and the only issue is the fact that it uses main system RAM, bullying the CPU a bit

The only machine I've played osu! on that was untenable was a VIA c7-m 1ghz netbook. 30-50fps with many stutters.Barring that, I have played it on Phenom's, Conroe's, even Pentium D's with old low-end Tesla gpu's like gt 220 with no issues.
My current haswell i5 build isn't something i plan to downgrade anytime soon thou

Lol I played osu on my old potato laptop a long time ago, but nowadays I use my new laptop
