Hi.

So, I checked your map folder and....your hit50 ~300.pngs dimensions are all wrong. They need to be exactly 256x256, so please make the necessary changes to these elements.
And "approachcirclea.png" is currently un-used. Remove it if you're not going to use it.

Another thing is your choice of combo colors. I mean, I am well aware of your artistic intentions and vision for this map, and I do realize they serve the purpose of having a "neat" set. But I cannot give you allowance to using colors that blend near-perfectly with the BG.
You do realize that sections of the map starting from: - 02:37:432 - there's too little differentiation between the colorations and that isn't exactly a good thing in a map.

So to continue, I'd like you to consider specially reserving a 2-set combo colors which are vibrant enough for playability to go around this case. Someone is going to tell you this sooner or later, really. I give you an opportunity to decide early-on now instead of having face this predicament much later during the modding process.

On another note, I really like the way the map reflects the song, and the entire storyboard is well-done.
I notice the SB blinks rapidly a couple of times throughout and at some points really furiously flickers between black&white.
I think that really warrants an epilepsy warning. And turn on the letter-box during break I suppose?

All in all, I really enjoy the SB, though it may be too distracting at times, it's rather creative and it uses gimicks well enough to facilitate enjoyment and immerse the player throroughly.

Hate:

Wow, this star-rating is pretty unacceptable. 3.69 is not deemed rankable by hard standards.

Please, please do what you can to lighten the rating as much as possible. Doesn't matter if this is an intended Normal difficulty. You can't bring this map far if it's going to remain like this.

Call me back when you're done re-vamping this, alright?

Love:

Unused inherited timing points especially starting from: - 01:47:052 - . Can you just, clean this up?
Also, stacking leniency of 0. You have to make it at least 3.

- 00:18:200 (1,2) - Why suddenly decide to trial on a 1/2 beat here? It's odd.

- 00:20:808 (2,3) - Reverse selection and reverse their positions. It's better this way.

- 00:22:439 (2) - Hmm, end this on 1/3 snapping.

- 00:37:927 (4,5) - Too close to the previous slowdown slider.

- 00:45:101 (3) - Too close to the previous note. Spacing, spacing, spacing.

- 00:50:318 (3) - ^

- 00:53:579 (2) - Awkward, but readable. Be careful about this.

- 00:55:856 (3) - Don't have this face the exact direction as it's previous one. It's hardly readable. Change the direction, of do something else.

- 00:57:813 (1) - Move this so it sits on the Y-axis.

- 01:16:563 (2) - Might want to space this apart from the previous slider.

- 01:17:541 (1,2,3) - Preferable if you didn't do this. Try giving some spacing, and not making them minute back-and-forths.

- 01:33:193 (4) - If this was intended to go in parallel with - 01:32:378 (2) - then it isn't. If it's intended, I guess it's fine, if not just make a minor fix.

- 01:34:497 (2) - Flip horizontally, and make sure the next note is stacked nicely under the slider-end.

- 01:43:139 (3) - Reverse selection.

- 01:59:606 (3) - Here's a suggestion:
- 02:00:910 (3) - Rather you shifted this to the previous red tick at - 02:00:747 -. Better suited this way, imo.

- 02:03:030 (3) - Move to - 02:02:867 -

- 02:14:932 - Add a note, perhaps?

- 02:53:247 (4) - Fix this stack.

- 02:53:736 (2,1) - Use closer spacing for this. So awkward.

- 02:58:954 (2,1) - ^

- 03:00:095 (3) - Don't stack this.

- 03:01:889 (1,2) - Give this more spacing.

- 03:02:704 (3) - Unreadable slowdown. Here's a suggestion for you:
- 03:08:084 (1,2,3,4,5,1) - Rather you just make this a 1/4 kick-slider. This is a very confusing path to play.

- 03:20:313 - Stack a note on the next slider.

- 03:33:189 (2) - Space this if possible.

- 04:02:700 - Remove the break here.

Lost:

Couple of unsnapped inherited points and bookmarks littering the map. Up to you whether you want to clean them up or not.
They don't break anything as long they're not kiai, so just do whatever on your own accord.

Stacking leniency is 0 ! You're not allowed to use 0, really. Please use the minimum allowance of 3 as I've said before.

- 00:17:548 (1) - Actually, why not place a note here instead, and shift this slider to - 00:17:711 - , after which, delete the note that was previously there.

Might need to make arrangements to the spacing if you make this change, but I think it's better to go along with the vocals at this part.

- 00:18:852 (7) - Pretty clever, slidertick's a normalhitnormal so it doesn't omit the actual beat in the song. Nice job.

- 00:34:992 (2) - Don't think it's such a good idea to stack this under the slider, the interval isn't that short and the combo color makes it a tad difficult to read at times since it blends with the BG.

The black fairs betters in this respect, because it's more eye-catching.

- 00:53:737 (2) - I'd suggest you curve this slider or something, or at least have some indication that it's a slowdown, because this just looks like any other slider before.

The speed isn't exactly slow enough to warrant caution, but just take note of this anyway.

- 01:02:704 (2) - Bit worried about this, actually.

It's noticable enough for me to hit perfectly, I just think this kind of spacing will be awkward to most players. So do take note.

- 01:06:780 (1,2,3) - Suggestion to move them up here:
- 01:19:334 (1,2) - Rather you space these two some more. Proximity isn't very nice here imo.

- 01:20:639 - Why not add a note here..?

- 01:24:715 (2) - I think it'd be better for you to move this slider back to - 01:24:552 - since the vocals begin here.

While you're at this, why not add an additional note at - 01:25:041 - so it catches the vocals in the song?

- 01:26:019 (2) - As I've said, make some sort of indication that this is a slowdown.

I mean, it doesn't help very much that the sliderticks are barely visible against the slider color and overall look of the map.

- 01:58:302 (1) - Reverse position.

- 01:59:443 - Stack a note on the next slider.

- 02:06:617 - Stack a note.

- 02:18:030 (1) - Remove New Combo.
- 02:18:682 (10) - New Combo.
- 02:19:334 (1) - Remove New Combo.

- 02:30:258 (2) - Mentioned about sliders like these earlier. It would really help if you made the slowdown cue consistent, because at this point if you followed my suggestion earlier I would consider it to be.

- 02:31:889 (1) - Shorten the slider to the red-tick.

- 02:34:905 (6) - Delete this note and move the next one so it's like this:
- 02:51:128 (5) - Bit risky to place this here. One might not be too familiar with the previous note placements as before, so it's better to give this some appropriate spacing.

- 02:56:264 (5) - Shift to - 02:56:182 - and add a repeat.

- 03:02:704 (4) - Yeah, this is pretty serious. No hint at all for the slowdown. Try and do something about this, please.

- 03:04:334 (1) - Reverse selection.

- 03:04:823 (2) - This ends in 1/3, so please snap it to 1/3. Same goes for - 03:05:693 (2) -

- 03:11:019 (1,2,3) - NO. Don't do this. Can't be read. You can think of something better really.

- 03:19:497 (1) - To be honest, this would be better as a slider that curves and then follows up till - 03:19:823 -

- 03:25:689 (1,2,3,4) - Again. This isn't rankable. Make the necessary changes, if possible try to mirror the fix on the previous.

- 03:34:330 (1) - You know what to do, I guess.

- 03:50:472 - No harm starting from here.

- 03:56:504 (2) - Too close to the previous slider.

- 04:00:580 (1) - ^

I feel the end to be slightly anti-climatic for this song/map. Still you managed it well enough. Pretty good, still.

That's it.
Now go find somemore modding, because I won't be getting to this in a long while.

Mod for easy diff only as you requested in #malay.

[General]
-> Do you really need lead-in time here? The time from 00:00 to the first note is enough imo

[Easy]
-> AR4 for a 1.81-star Easy? Seems unbalanced imo...
  1. 00:02:222 (1) - Use 9/8 slider here instead of 5/4 repeating slider? (because the synth appears is 00:03:689)
  2. 00:04:830 (1) - It seems you forgot to add whistle on slider's start (:
  3. 00:11:189 (4,5) - As 3/4 here is hard enough to read with the low spacing, I highly suggest to alter these two into a single slider
  4. 00:19:178 - Unused inherit section (well, I suppose you should move the next S:C1 here though)
  5. 00:20:482 (3,1) - Agh, why jump on easy ): Well, there are more alternative ways to build up flow without a jump, like this for example:
  6. 00:36:133 (3,1,2) - Spacing here should be consistent between each other. Also, some tilted slider wave would work well here
  7. 00:42:003 (3) - idk why, but the soft-sound in the slider's end quite irritates me... Perhaps add whistle on slider's end?
  8. 00:43:633 (x) - if you do ^, add circle with whistle here to comply above whistle sound. Preferably stack to (1)
  9. 00:47:220 (1,2) - I don't like how (1) touches (2) badly, breaking the flow. Considering you're using linear sliders here, I think this is usable:
  10. 00:53:737 (4) - Very unfriendly to read (at first I thought it was 3/4)... Stack to (3) perhaps?
  11. 00:58:302 (3,4) - 5% volume here is very ambiguous... Don't silence (3), I prefer vol. progression such as 15% -> 45% -> 70% instead
  12. 00:58:954 (1) - Same as above
  13. 01:03:030 (3,...) - I think it's better to use a more distinctive rhythm here:
  14. 01:11:019 (1) - Follow the previous spacing (place this on (2)'s bottom-right will do)
  15. 01:16:237 (5) - Move the first red waypoint one grid left ; move the second red waypoint one grid down and left
  16. 01:21:454 (1,2,3) - Rather than just performing a straight line between these three, I prefer to move (2) to the right a bit, and arrange (3) like this:
  17. 01:05:241 - Unused inherit section, delete?
  18. 01:26:671 (4) - Make the spacing equal as before. As you used 0.5x snap in here and 0.5x slider velocity, use (0.5 * 2) = 1.0x Distance Spacing while placing this note
  19. 01:29:769 (2) - I think it's better to arrange (2) so the slider's repeat facing (1) like this:
  20. 01:34:986 (2,1) - Spacing (why sudden jump here orz)
  21. 01:37:432 (3,1) - Spacing issue again here. Although new combo already helps, it's better to space them apart.
  22. 01:44:117 (3) - Don't put the repeat on the blue tick! It's not following anything at all. The quickest solution is by extending this slider by 1/4, but separating this into 2 different sliders is way better imo
  23. 01:59:606 (3) - Same as your 1/1 cases before, it looks better when stacked (:
  24. 02:00:258 (1) - (optionally linear) Slider wave here?
  25. 02:02:541 (3) - You got double inherit section here, I suggest to move the second inherit section to 00:02:582 (1/8 after the slider starts)
  26. 02:14:606 (1) - Well, I understand you're trying to make a cutting slider here, but you're shaping it wrong. Try to shape like this:
  27. 02:15:910 (2) - Delete the 2nd red waypoint? You don't need it
  28. 02:25:693 (5) - I prefer to add some more linear "twist" to this slider, like this:
    SPOILER
    [img]osu.ppy.sh/ss/230022[/img]
  29. 02:30:258 (3) - Same as 01:26:671
  30. 02:37:921 (1) - Considering you've tilted the previous slider downward a bit, tilt this slider upward a bit also?
  31. 02:40:693 (2) - Space it apart with (1)
Oh, and I think it would be better if you add IDM to the tags (the link pretty much explains itself)

So uh... A certain person sort of threatened me to check this.... I'll point some tiny things.

General

Please set default as the forced skin. Why? Because of this: http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/232981
Also... Those extra red timing sections. What are they for? The time signature is kinda messed up with them... Not to mention that Easy & Normal have one less than Hard & Lost. Why did you do that? Hmmm.... It doesn't affect gameplay too much, but the time signature is still wrong. I'll ask a BAT to check this later.

Easy
01:33:682 (1) - Claps on the repeat.
02:08:247 (1,2,3) - Hmmm... (2) plays a bit weird. I got a combo break here somehow. It's not really intuitive... I would recommend extending 1.
02:37:921 (1) - Claps on the first repeat? It keeps the flow you were using.
02:51:128 - You don't need this timing section :<

Normal

Why didn't you used claps on this diff?

00:41:351 & 00:41:677- There are 2 unnecessary time sections here. please remove them.

01:19:334 (1) - why.
01:28:628 (1) - too ninja, really TOO NINJA.
02:32:867 (1) - ^
01:34:905 (5) - why.
01:58:302 (1) - almost hidden 2nd slider repeat
02:05:965 (1) - ^
02:10:693 - lol, 02:11:997 (1) - 1 grid up?
02:20:802 (1,2,3) - :o nice technic
02:30:258 (1) - unexpected slowdown
03:02:704 (4) - ^

[Easy]
All what i'm going to say is about red notes.
00:58:954 (1,2,3,1) - such pattern is not for noobs. because of 1/2 rhythm
Your spacing between 1/1 notes are various, you use different kind of spacings, remember this is easy, this difficulty will be played by newbie players.
And don't really like that you used slowdowns on easiest difficulty.
01:31:889 (4,5,6) - and this one i believe is unrankable, please fix spacing.
00:12:656 (1,2,1) - ^ etc
In other words: this is not easy at all, despite the fact that silly star rating gives ~1.8 stars.

[Normal]
That overlapped ticks... use tick rate 1.0?
00:07:439 (2) - NO, no 1/4 rhythm on normals please.
00:17:874 (2,1) - ^
00:22:439 (1,2) - ^etc
00:33:525 (1,2) - why.
01:35:802 (2) - antispaced

Nice SB and liked some technics, but map is wet, not ready, really. Good luck

Hi. I’m just a newbie at modding map, and this is the first.
Wish this helpful.

Normal
[00:17:874] maybe you must fix No.2 which finish at 00:18:118 to 00:18:200
[00:20:156] at this time, you can put a circle and give it a whistle sound
[01:02:704] move the No.2 to 01:02:541 and you may put a circle at 01:02:785
[01:03:030] move the circle No.1 to 01:03:193
[01:09:389] you can put a circle at here
[01:29:525] put a circle here and put a whistle sound
[01:33:682] Move slider No.1 to 01:33:519 and finish at 01:33:845
[01:34:334] Move to 01:34:171 and put a finished sound (if you want)
[01:38:410] I luv this session until the break
[02:11:997] like this until 02:31:400
[02:37:921] fix slider No.1 which finish 02:38:247 to 02:38:329 (if you want)
[02:42:650] luv this too until the last.
Sorry, because i just mod your normal map, otl.

I understand that if you increase size, it will makes SB load greater. But such resolution is unrankable. Read the rules.
add reverse arrow added
add more colors on colorful part :>
Those extra whistles are too loud 00:05:482 (3) - at the very begining parts
Are you sure about all those extra 3 red lines? http://puu.sh/fPcc im not sure, i need those for offset change
make all difficulties with SAME LENGTH ok
fixed all :D

plz make for fun :D

hi, I'm just passing-by but I found some thing vital, so I post here.

each of the following lines infer an unrankable issue.

  1. missing skin elements: hitcircle.png hitcircleoverlay.png fruit-apple.png fruit-apple-overlay.png fruit-grapes.png fruit-grapes-overlay.png fruit-orange.png fruit-orange-overlay.png fruit-pear.png fruit-pear-overlay.png fruit-drop.png
  2. Hard - 00:53:579 (2) - Unsnapped slider (end).
  3. the approach circle.png is quite crude, you must use one more decent
  4. move the #4 red line to[03:23:896]
  5. unrankable simultaneous objects at 00:59:443 (2,3,1) - and 02:02:541 (2,1) - and 02:53:247 (1,2,3,4,4,5) - and 02:54:389 (1,8) - and 02:58:791 (3,4) - and 03:00:095 (2,1) - and 03:06:780 (1,2,4,5) - and 03:14:280 (6,1) - and 03:25:200 (2,1) - and
idk your thought, but if you wanna get this map ranked, desert your cleverness in trivial matters.

Next: some suggestions about note spacing:
SPOILER
00:06:461 (7,8) - maybe place it a bit farther from (6)?
00:44:448 (2,3,4) - i suppose it must be between (1) and (5), but it's now closer to (1)
00:52:274 (2,3,4) - maybe the same as above
00:59:443 (2,1) - they are not stacked.
01:16:073 (3,4,5) - i suggest you to move that notes closer to (6) too
01:19:334 (1) - a bit confusing, maybe place it farther?
02:57:976 (5,2) - imo looks better when moved farther from 02:57:813 (4,1)
03:04:090 (2) - also farther? it looks like we have 1/4 distance from (1)
04:13:950 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - distance between (3,4) is different from others (fix if that wasn't on purpose)

And a bit of other suggestions:
02:11:997 (1) - maybe i see that only in the editor, but to stack with SB you have to move it one grid higher (lvl4)
01:02:704 (2) - delete that note and add to 01:02:541 and 01:02:867

01:34:334 - note here?
02:02:541 (2,3) - that must be right between (1) and (4)
02:23:084 (1) - imo, stack with slider end looks better
02:36:128 (1) - same overlap
03:06:780 (2,3,4,5,1,2) - better rework this totally, it's hard to read
03:18:682 (6) - no need to place such a slider here, better make it simply straight
