Don't get the reason to use tick rate 2, especially in Hard, it sounds just poor. (and you didn't use tick sounds as always, also if you reduce tick rate, scores would be lower and you could create more thing in that diff.)

01:49:967 (2) - as it's the easiest diff i still hope only 1/2 here. yes it's still just hold there, but i don't think a massive 1/4 strike during lots of 1/1 or longer notes is a good idea.
02:03:280 (1) - a suggestion here: add another reversed 1/2 slider at 02:05:155, then a 3/2 reversed slider at 02:06:280. now it sounds/plays kinda boring.
02:17:530 - add a note?
02:18:280 (1,2,3,4) - same thing as 01:03:280 (1,2,3,4,5)
03:09:280 (1) - no. i guess you just want to make the break not that long, but the spinner here itself is tiring enough. map something until 03:15:280 (as there's an obvious sound) then start the spinner plz?

02:39:280 (1) - auto can only get 1000 on this spinner and in this point i don't think it's really needed to add such a short spinner. consider a slider or something else (or at least, make the spinner start 1/4 earlier and auto can get 2000)
03:58:967 (1,2) - switch the place of circle-slider. reason is quite obvious i think.
04:11:155 (2,3,4,5,6,7) - same thing. don't get it.

    3. 01:42:842 (2,3) - The distance of this jump is .__. I guess I can call it "awful" I know it works.However it's really showing a good effect on a hard diff?You need to consider it.
    4. 01:55:405 (1) - I just think this should be a jump to fit the pattern you have.
    5. 02:40:405 (1,2,3,4,5) - (nazi) This is not a perfect pentagon.You might need to adjust the position of (4.5)- to make it more beautiful.
    6. 03:48:280 (1) - I think this place may make confuse to player because this diff is mainly made by jump and you reduce the spacing suddenly the player might not adapt them in just a few second.

  1. AR9 is not for a hard diff, that looks like an insane more, the same to OD, too high as a hard diff. So reduce AR to 8 at leaset, OD 8 is acceptable though...If you insist AR9, I'm afraid you had to rename this diff to insane and add another balanced hard diff
  2. 04:34:828 (5) - The spacing between 4 and 5 is too close, might misread 5 to 1/2 beat space imo
