Tablet (full area) + 1-2 on numpad (I'm lefthander).
I single tap with my tablet pen for everything except super long streams..then I use z/x on my keyboard c:
Computer + Screen + Keyboard + Headphones + Modem-Router + Wooden Table + Chair + Paper as a mousepad + Mouse + Me + Some colthes (?

I sometimes play mouse-only, usually to not make so much noise (I click the buttons on the keyboard a little too hard so it makes a lot of noise)
And when I can't use my tablet I play with either mouse and Z/X or mouse-only.
I prefer tablet and Z/X (or any other buttons on the keyboard of course)

mouse + w/d because when you play games with wasd control, your middle and index finger rest on w and d respectiely

I only play standard Osu (I tried getting into Taiko and CTB, but it just didn't work for me), and I use mouse+z/x
I play with mouse, while lying on the ground, I use laptop.

when I first downloaded osu! like a month ago all I had
was my laptop built in touch screen mouse and I can't
tell you how impossible it is to play osu!
even on the easiest difficulty with that.

Play in a small netbook, so the only input is the built-in keyboard, built-in mouse pad and USB mouse...
