How do you play OSU?

On a VAIO All-In-One PC using a generic Microsoft mouse and using the keyboard only for some navigation through the menus. The wireless mouse that came with the PC just doesn't work too well.
I used to play osu! with a Laptop Mouse Pad and a Mouse, Right Hand Mouse to control the cursor and Left Hand Mouse Pad for clicking hit circles, sliders and spinners. (Accuracy +80%~95% and everyone realize I am using keyboard, but the truth is only using two mice actually)

Touch screen all the way. Hp Touchpad, osu!Droid.
osu: mouse + keyboard (down / left) - those keys are pretty good (for left-handers ^^) 
taiko: as - red / kl - blue (though i barely play taiko)
ctb: shift + left/right/down/up (as far as i remember that's the standard settings ^^' - barely playing ctb either)

Osu: Tablet full (no using keyboard) only use it for difficult streams XD

I don't play anything but osu! Standard, in which I just use the mouse.
Mouse + ZE.
On a tablet thats alittle over the size of a dinner tray table tapping and alternating between Z & tap on streams

Tablet (full area) + 1-2 on numpad (I'm lefthander).
I single tap with my tablet pen for everything except super long streams..then I use z/x on my keyboard c:

And when I can't use my tablet I play with either mouse and Z/X or mouse-only.

I play with mouse and keyboard
mouse + w/d because when you play games with wasd control, your middle and index finger rest on w and d respectiely
Standard: Tablet+z/x ( i have my keyboard and tablet slanted a bit to the right. idk...it makes me feel comfortable whenever i play.)
Taiko: zxnm: z/x are the Ds and n/m are the Ks. (here as well. i always have my keyboard slanted)
