OSU! - Mouse + zx
Taiko - zxcv
CTB - Left & Right Buttons + Laptop Touchpad(Speed)

Right hand:
osu - mouse + zx
taiko - zx left right
ctb - left right + spacebar ( because the speed is awesome ;D )
Left hand:
osu - mouse + kl
taiko - same with right hand
ctb - zc + rightshift
osu - mouse + zx

I only play standard Osu (I tried getting into Taiko and CTB, but it just didn't work for me), and I use mouse+z/x
I play with mouse, while lying on the ground, I use laptop.
with standard mouse for osu!
and I use my keyboard for ctb and taiko
when I first downloaded osu! like a month ago all I had
was my laptop built in touch screen mouse and I can't
tell you how impossible it is to play osu!
even on the easiest difficulty with that.

All I use is the mouse
Just a mouse, though I use the arrow keys for the drop game thing.
osu ~ mouse + z/x
taiko ~ z/x/c/v
ctb ~ left/right + mouse
taiko ~ z/x/c/v

Osu : S,X + Mouse
Taiko : S,F,J,L
CTB : A,D + Mouse
Osu Mania : Z,S,E,F,(Space),J,I,L,/

mouse and my psp as controller (fusa gamepad(psp app) & Xpadder (pc app))

taiko = L & R = blue + arrow and the Action buttons = red (same as the taiko for psp)
CTB = < & > (move) , L & R (speed)
mania = same as DJmax (4K, 5K,6K, 8K) or pop'n music (7K,9K (if have in future) )
the home button = Esc
the start button = F8
+ & - = volume (up and down)

Play in a small netbook, so the only input is the built-in keyboard, built-in mouse pad and USB mouse...
