Unfortunately I have to pop this due to some sections being mapped in 1/3 in the NM, despite being mapped as 1/4th in the HD (correctly).

The sections in need of fixing snaps for are: 00:08:663 - 00:13:693 - 01:01:837 - 01:06:867 - 01:13:334 - 01:59:322 - 02:04:352 - 03:02:555. Please change these to 1/4th streams or 1/2 notes.

This isn't necessary, but consider changing 00:13:334 (13334|2) - into a 2/3 LN or adding a note on col 1 to 00:13:573, just because of the slight vocal that I think feels a bit off without anything there. 01:06:747 - Same here.
00:13:693 (13693|1,13813|2,13932|3,14052|2,14172|1,14292|0) - Consider making this 1,2,3,4,3,2 for pitch, and adjust the double's position however you see fit.

About offset, it's kind of too early, don't you think? Around 2935 (+20) is more accurate.
Don't forget to resnap the timings, notes and storyboard hitsounds.

Overall the map is nice, but I want to clarify something:

I just noticed this since you said the same thing last time you modded my map, but your computer has an offset issue. I've gone through some of your maps, and all of them have a late offset. I'd highly suggest that you use a different computer when checking if something is timed correctly. (This is timed correctly)

I felt it was better to map the more unique part of the song here, as drums are pretty much everywhere else. The doubles are there to keep the general feeling of the drums + keep consistent object density, else it just feels weird to play.
