I don't see the point of calling the last Insane "dumpling". Remove that from name or call it Extra if you want smth different.
Why the alphabet on tags ? I'm curious.

00:20:034 - Skiping this sounds quite bad because you expect to play smth from it. A 1/2 slider from 00:19:875 - is good enough for that.
00:32:415 (3,4) - Why you mapped this differently ? That's so weird. Also I would extend 00:34:955 (4) - until 00:35:431 - because there's no reason to stop before and skipping a sound you map 3 times with the reverse.

after some rethought and testing, i've changed AR to 8.8 as AR9 felt too empty to play in most parts (also boosted OD a bit)
distance stays for now, because pattern works as intended atm i think >_<
