Because of this, it's impossible to find a good offset when you time a music if you have set an universal offset in your option.

If you require an offset, having it at 0 would give inaccurate timing.

Not really, putting an offset is just a way to get a better accuracy. It's part of a playstyle imo, it has nothing to do with mapping.

You couldn't be more wrong.

Offset exists to help people who require it to combat forms of Visual & Audio delay. It is NOT meant to be used for "skill" reasons.

Don't misuse an option and them blame it for unintended side effects.
