I really don't think you can have a 60+ combo... o.o That's just nuts.

Although it can work in theory, I find it odd that the offset is after the beatmap's start, and where a half beat is supposed to be (you can also tell by how most of the beats fall on red rather than white ticks). It makes it hard to check the timing via the metronome, since the song's beats fall between the metronome's ticks :/

Anyway, (after temporarily changing it to fall on 30,155, which is a whole beat derived from the current offset and bpm), I find it's a bit early. I'd say increase it by about 12-15 ms.

Combo length is generally large for normal and, in some cases, for any difficulty. I'd say to make at least the following starts of new combos:
00:33:48 (9)
00:40:10 (11)
00:45:06 (7)
00:46:72 (13)
00:47:54 (16)
00:50:65 (7)
00:52:30 (13)
00:53:96 (19)
00:58:30 (6)
01:27:27 (4)
01:28:92 (6)
01:30:58 (8)
01:32:23 (10)
01:38:03 (4)
01:40:51 (10)

Spacing:
00:38:03 (6,7) - space the 7 farther.
00:48:58 (21) - Make it fall on the "19" (it will have a different number if you do the above, I guess)
00:53:13 (16,17,18,19,20,21) - Stacked notes should be, 99% of the time, equidistant on the timeline. 99,9% in Normal. Make these triplets like the ones preceding them.
00:58:92 (8) - Similar to the above, but not as imperative to fix in comparison. Regardless, I'd be happier if this didn't fall on the slider endpoint, at least in Normal.
01:04:92 (3,4,5) - Like the previous comment about the stacked notes. Unstack the first note.
01:06:58 (2,3,4) - Same as above.
01:09:89 (1) - Shorten it by 1/2, delete the break, and reapply it.
02:02:65 (1) - Lengthen it by 1/2, delete the break, and reapply it.
02:18:37 (2) - Move it on the grid so it overlaps the slider endpoint completely.
02:23:96 (2,3,4) - A weird situation here: the slider (4) is visible way before it's time to click on it, so it could trick people on sliding early? Maybe that's a hard trick for Normal. Consider not overlapping these.
02:26:03 (6,7,8) - Same as above, more or less.
02:42:37 (1) - Lengthen 1/2.

Also, it needs at least one more difficulty.

Hope you're not discouraged by the length of this post; it's not as a mess as you might think ;)

Also, I am personally not ranking that BG unfortunately. Maybe another mod would once you finish your other difficulty, but I just can't with that BG. XD

2 quick fixes in IRC, and i have no other problems personally. Spacing isn't 100% consistent, but i don't find it misleading either. Bubbled.

EDIT: I don't like the background, but i was TOLD Peppy said it was OK. I would like to see it changed though.
