Hi I cant create a new acc for my girlfriend ok ok I have(t any more) multi acc but my girlfriend play now on my acc and I am scard that baned this acc
so what can I do btw the problem is Seversided errors <-- Google say that translet

Tell her to stop playing on your account because of rules. If she also can't create an account at her home, then please contact the support via accounts@ppy.sh
