Genesis

00:22:578 - 00:24:032 - 00:25:487 - I feel like streams in these parts should gradually increase in ds, even if they are doing so now it's unnoticable and I feel like this deserves a bigger emphasis.
00:47:305 (3,4,5,6,7,8) - Why are they stacked? I know that they express the same idea but it's still unexpected and might come off awkward to play considering that the triples in the entire section were spaced, not condensed
00:51:668 (3,4,5) - all three should be spaced equally, the sounds in the background don't play such role and you might as well ignore them at this point, in my opinion
00:52:032 (5,6) - this gap is too small however, it looks like a series of spaced jumps with gradually increasing ds, yet this one occurs 1/2th of a beat later so it might cause unexpected combobreaks. I suggest you either stack that on (5), or move it further away to the left
01:02:941 (1,1) - they should be touching since that's a trend you've established in the previous pattern (01:02:578 (1,1) - ) so you might as well continue doing that
01:25:850 (6) - two 1/1 sliders would fit in a little better in my opinion, I feel like the slider repeating four times is a little too much
01:27:305 - I like how your consistency throughout the jumps transitions from kiai to no kiai in such a way, good job on that
01:47:305 (5) - ctrl+g and rotate it clockwise a little? I feel like it would flow a bit better
01:50:214 (5,6) - I know that these are two separate sounds but imo you should keep the established gimmicks as you've previously had them so I'd say you should replace it with a 1/2 slider
02:02:214 - this is weird. This section feels a lot calmer than the previous one yet the sliders are faster. Why is that? Shouldn't it be the opposite?
02:13:941 - put a spinner here, delete 02:14:032 (1) - and start the new pattern here 02:15:305 - , you are trying to follow two separate things at once in this moment which isn't really too healthy for the map when they contradict each other
02:15:396 (2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - this section can stay the same, but 02:16:759 (1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,5,6) - this should be gradually increasing in ds since the bgm is getting more intense too
02:26:941 (1) - this one is less contradictory but I still think that the previous one needs a little rhythm change even if you're going to keep the slider
03:00:578 (3,4,5) - again, the stacked triples shouldn't be in this map at all imo, you've used it three times in a course of three minutes at this point so I suggest you give it up entirely
03:02:578 (1,2,3,1,2,3) - increase the spacing there, I feel like this could be misleading, or simply stack them, that could be a cool idea to use stacking there!
03:11:305 (1,2,3) - comparing that to the previous triples, they are definitely overmapped.... or maybe it's the previous ones that need a buff
03:25:123 (5) - this is wayyyy too slow in my opinion, you should at least make it a 0,6x sv slider
03:38:214 (1,2,3) - these ones are higher pitched than the previous patterns like this one, I suggest you boost the spacing here
04:02:941 (1,1,1,1,1,1) - without a distinguishable change in sv I don't believe that all these sliders deserve a nc on them
04:13:123 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - this should be a little less spaced since it's distinguishably less intense than the previous stream, yet it somehow is spaced equally
04:21:123 (1,2,3,4,1) - increase ds? I mean you've used some balls to the walls jumps before so you might as well increase these too
04:53:851 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - oh boy that is a definite buff in ds there, it's just wayyyyy too high pitched for you to completely ignore
05:02:578 - mute the end of the slider, or perhaps make it slowly lose volume as it moves towards the end of the map? 04:58:941 - this could be appropriate moment to start the fade in sound imo

I think the offset should be around 20, but i'm not sure since my computer likes to fuck up with timing \:D/
00:21:107 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - This stream shouldn't be equal to the previous ones, since there are different sounds in the song. Idk if i explained it well, but i think it should stand out more
00:26:198 (1,2,3,4) - These are overmapped, should be 1/4, however if you wanna build up the tension with the rhythm, you could use 1/4 for the first two slider and 1/8 for the other two
00:56:759 (3) - Kinda ugly imo, something like this would fit better i think
01:02:578 (1,1,1) - silence slider tails, it sounds better and it will still be rankable
01:13:850 (1,1) - bad overlap
01:38:941 - from here it would be nice to gradually lower the volume until you reach around 35%
02:08:032 - and here it's too low, up until the next kiai section

first of all, timing should be around 10 milliseconds not 30. (I know this is mentioned before but it sounds waaay off in my opinion)
playtesting gave this (I'm using 0 as global offset)

offset +8ms turned out to be just right for me

General
In my opinion there's an excess of NC's especially for jumps. Streams are fine since they emphasize a change in tone as well as stream direction but I don't believe there is enough change to support new combo's as often as they are placed. This is a question of playability aswell since obviously things might start looking ugly if nc's are used less than it should. I'll give some examples below. Many are similar but you get the point.

the first example is in a part of the song where synth is really the only sound you can hear, so i based NC's off of it. The second part the drums kick in and synth is no longer the leading sound so i lower my use of NC's because i am no longer focusing on synth. Also the NC's in the first example make it look nicer lol
