The graphics are an eyesore, I know... I'm sorry.
- otct! is a 4v4, osu! standard tournament.
- The score system we will be using is Score V2.
- There is a 40k rank limit on registrations, however you can go past this limit once you (and your team) has officially registered.
- This is an international tournament, with no restrictions on what flag you have on your profile!
- Since this is heavily experimental, we will be only accepting the first twelve teams that'll sign up.
- Each team will have five to seven members.
- The tournament format will consist of two groups of six teams in a round robin format, ensuring your team a definite five games.
- Top two of each group will start at the upper bracket, the middle two will start at the lower bracket, and the last two teams will be eliminated. This goes to show at the Elimination Brackets tab of the spreadsheet.
- Ties are decided by maps won, and matches vs. opponents.
- Matches will be BO9 for the group stages, BO11 for eliminations and BO13 for finals.
- Grand Final will give one map point to the winner bracket team with no bracket reset.
- This tournament will use the UTC timezone in reference for times.
- Tournament conduct follows from Misery's previous tournament.
- For any questions, proceed to #questions channel of the Discord server, or refer to the spreadsheet.
- All announcements pertaining to this tournament will be made through the Discord server, so please be there!
- The main gimmick of this tournament is that we will only be using maps located at the monthly charts from October 2013 onwards. (CHARTS LINK)
- Since this is heavily limited, do not expect something of a proper distributed pool: again, this is experimental and difficult to balance.
- To be fair for people specializing in different mods (except DT rip) the entire tournament will be free mod, without a forced mod.
- The mods available for use: EZ, HR, HD, FL, and SO, and mods can stack on top of each other.
- There will be eighteen maps per pool, plus one tiebreaker map.
- Maps will range around 4 star to 5 star, so make sure that you can play them on a basic level.
- There will be four pools that will be used: two for group stages, one for eliminations and one for finals.
