  1. 00:01:365 (3,4) - It's just a suggestion, but I think that would fit pretty well if you would replace those beats by a simple reverse slider. And that would also give a better rhythm flow with this note: 00:02:518 (5) - because it's pretty stronger than this one: 00:02:134 (4) - so that would emphasize well in my opinion
  2. 00:05:595 (3) - Even if you reduced the sound of this sliderend, I still think that this slider is questionnable, I think that a simple circle would be better because it looks like this is ending to nowhere. A circle would be better in my opinion
  3. 00:28:095 (5,6) - Why not replacing those two beats by a slider, because it would fit with the vocals, and also, it would avoid those 1/4 clickable beats that could feel quite random to a player that doesn't really know the song
  4. 00:44:441 (1,2,3,4) - It feels pretty strange here in my opinion, because since the begining you're following the vocals, and this time, you're ignoring it, so try to make this part following the vocals, even if the beat in the background is pretty strong. Moreover, you continued to follow the vocals here: 00:50:595 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1) - (i think that's not the same mapper for the both part, but even wiith that, you should adapt yourself, because like this it make a big difference of rhythm pattern)
  5. 01:52:902 (3,4,5) - I really think that the flow here could be improved, by like for exemple moving a bit this slider: 01:53:479 (5) - to the left, to make it the flow better, and also to avoid the linear and sharp flow here: 01:53:288 (4,5) -

Your snare hitsound is very weak compared to the song's. I can barely hear it and especially in parts like 04:28:288 (6,7) - it really falls short compared to the rest of the hitsounds used. Maybe find a punchier snare?

Since you guys seem to intentionally ignore a lot of drums in places, maybe consider tick rate 2 to at least have SOMETHING there. This is a fairly slow song, so I don't think it would be too annoying since 1/2 translates to 1/1 anyways.

If I say 1/2 I mean 1/4 in 78 bpm and so on.

  16. 02:51:364 (2,3,4) - This flows very uncomfortably compared to your other uses for vocals. They don't stand out particularly at least to me and at 02:45:211 (2,3,4) - you used relatively comfortable flow so... yeah. Maybe play around with this to make the transition from 3 to 4 a bit nicer?
  17. 02:56:653 (6,1) - 1/4 spaced the same as the previous 1/2 02:56:172 (4) - I think will cause misreads. Perhaps move this closer to the slider end?
  18. 03:05:403 (3) - This musical stress feels underemphasized imo, since the song has a slight pause between this note yet 03:04:249 (1,2) - which don't have this special paused were mapped the same way.

Maybe moving the 6 somewhere higher - maybe under the end of 03:31:941 (1) - would help?
  21. 03:39:634 - There isn't really a sound here and I don't really think overmapping fits this song very well considering the density has been fairly faithful to the song so far. You could make 03:39:441 (5) - a slider instead or stack 5 on 03:39:826 (1) - for that little emphasis pause and remove the 6 altogether.
  22. 03:54:634 - This note being skipped feels very weird because it is an extremely noticeable and powerful sound that is core for this transition. Having mapped it at 03:56:557 (5,9) and at 04:03:672 (8) - at least having the slider end of 03:54:441 (7) - land on it would be better and more consistent imo.
  23. 04:07:903 (2,3,4) - Drums don't feel emphasized as they come in due to 04:07:518 (1) - being part of the same pattern yet without drums on it. Maybe make 1 two stacked circles or move 2 and co. away from 1 so that there's at least a spacing change.
  24. 04:29:057 (1,2,3) - Feels a bit cramped, move 3 a bit away and adjust 2 accordingly?

  26. 04:58:288 (1,2) - I think this jump is a bit too strong for only violins. There aren't drums here or anything, it's just two relatively stronger violins. A jump like http://i.imgur.com/BbkzaJo.png would be more reasonable imo.
  27. 05:01:364 (7) - Could be a reverse to capture the drums. Now that I think of it this probably applies elsewhere.
  28. 04:59:634 - For the kiai, I feel like some of these jumps are unreasonably spaced, like 05:04:249 (6) - is really high despite not being a strong sound like 05:05:211 (9). For 9 you could lower the spacing of 05:05:018 (8,9) - overall because a nearly 4x jump is pretty overdone imo for just a vocal. 05:07:518 (7) - Is also too far away from 05:07:326 (6) - imo comparing to the former kiais and just overall spacing of the map. Generally the last kiai feels like Light Insane difficulty while the rest of the map feels like a Hard difficulty. I strongly recommend nerfing some of the jumps here, like 05:08:480 (9) - is 5.48x that's ridiculous!
  29. 05:24:057 (4) - Could NC to get rid of the follow point that might show up to ruin the pause. I know I don't like it when there's a calm pause and there's just a random follow point going across the screen lol.

As you can see this last kiai is actually different with the other previous kiai since in this kiai ALL of the participant singer sings together and also it's super strong too. That's explain the sudden difficulty gap happens. But I do nerf some jumps so.

Like 00:26:749 (3,4,5) - having the space that way in-between of them works a lot better than having the larger spacing from the circle. Same at 00:46:749 (5,6,1) - and maybe at more places too, won't mention 'em here
  4. 01:15:211 (1,2) - kinda nazi but it bother me here since it's clearly supposed to be a clean blanket. So yeah, sliderbody too straight for blanket, doesn't look good (the visual distance from the circle to the sliderbody doesn't stay constant for the blanketing area). There are probably a lot more blankets off here and there, I won't go nitpicking on them except if something really catches my eye. Just fix them as you find them
  5. 01:46:364 - there are lot of short breaks like these in this map, sometimes it works, sometimes it's unnecessary and feels unnatural. Here, for example, you should definitely map smth for the break too, there's pretty distinct sound there, which is actually stronger than the following (mapped) sound at 01:46:557 (2) - so yeah you should go through these as well and see if they work or not. I'll probably mention some others if they bother me, but not all

I'll probably mention some others if they bother me, but not all added a circle then

  7. 01:54:441 (8,9,1) - while the stacking looks clean here, I think these could use more spacing for the emphasis. More like, especially 01:54:826 (9) - did some reworks around hre
  8. 02:19:633 (9,1) - kinda huge spacing considering all the low spaced circles before have the same distance rhythm-wise. All problems reading it aside (there will be those as well likely), it's also not really logical on how it expresses the music when the last one has like 4 times the spacing of all the sounds before.   1. the artists should have spaces in between them, per your metadata link in the previous posts. however, I suggest using just "Multiple Artists" instead and adding them all to the tags. as it is now, this map is impossible to download on Windows if the new osu! installation is used and the user account name is over 5 characters long, because "C:/Users/<username>/AppData/local/osu!/Songs/580478 LiaTada AoiKawada MamiShimamiya EikoKOTOKOUtatsuki KaoriCh/LiaTada AoiKawada MamiShimamiya EikoKOTOKOUtatsuki KaoriChataRitaLiSA - Orpheus ~Kimi to Kanaderu Ashita e no Uta~ (Shurelia) [Hymn to The World].osu" exceeds 255 characters. the Windows API can't handle filenames with lengths greater than 255, and by some process in osu!, the map just gets deleted every time it attempts to import it. this problem won't exist in lazer due to maps being stored differently, but it seems that you're going for rank before its projected release. note that you only need to change the romanised artist, not the actual one

a possible solution may be for an admin to change the download for this map only, so that the mapset folder doesn't contain all of the artists (the .osu file would, though). they've done some wacky things in the past like multiple creators, so I'm sure you could get this sorted out if you contact a community manager

this would have to be done as the last update before qualification, though

This can be minor itself indeed, but I find that most of your parts are like this and needs to be improved a lot. This is just one example.

Each pattern of a map works as an organism, and each patterns needs to create a bigger organism. It's not okay to make an exclusive pattern every time that does not consider the structure. The other collab mappers here are good at it. I know it's hard, but you need more practice.

I don't consider this map to be suitable in ranked section until I see significant improvement on Shurelia's parts.

I'll remove the veto. Though I don't really mod these days, I rechecked and it has been greatly improved. Probably needs some more mods to make it cleaner, but it's generally okay now.

  1. from 01:15:211 - to 01:27:518 - . i feel weird to some drum-finish usage. you can use more and more drum-finish sound. also it's a bit surprising to ring that at 01:24:057 - at first.
    try to put drum-finish on these and you'd feel better i believe.
    01:17:903 - 01:18:288 - 01:20:211 - 01:20:788 - 01:24:441 -
  2. 01:35:788 - remove drum-finish. not following the song therefore i felt something strange.
  3. 04:15:018 - this drum-finish also feels weird for me. such a low-sound makes "beat", like human's heart. it means low-sound is mainly put on downbeat.
    in this reason, just a little thing tho, i recommend deleting finish here and putting drum-finish on 04:15:211 - instead.
  4. 01:41:364 - 03:44:441 - 04:58:288 - these jump should have consistent hitsounding, also they should be strong emphasis. i suggest a way for example.
    1. sampleset:normal, additions:drum-finish at (1)
    2. sampleset:normal, additions:soft-clap at (2)
