As we are using the same MP3, I'm just going to say that 147 offset works better than 133.
So you don't have to resnap all timing points at the end when fixing offset

[Melon's Easy]

  1. I wonder why you use Melon's Easy instead of Rocket's Easy?????
  2. 00:13:261 - What's the point in adding a break time here? This break part here is totally has the same rhythm density as 00:15:884 -, but why they are different? You might map the break part (starts from 00:14:409 - is also okay, since the following notes have been followed the guitar sound.) for consistency.
[Kyuukai's Normal]

  1. 00:11:950 - The point here has the same beat (if you hear closely) as 00:10:966 -, but why 00:10:966 - has a circle there while 00:11:950 - not. Consider making them the same, by adding a circle at 00:11:950 -, for consistency.
  2. Try to avoid long chains of hitobjects with 1/2 gaps in kiai part and after. Note density in normal should mostly use 1/1, for cohesion between Easy and Normal. In this case, Easy has used 1/1 gaps throughout the diff and Normal has mostly used 1/2 gaps in the diff. It appears that the difficulty gap become quite big. Consider reducing some hitobjects to add more 1/1 gaps.

  1. 00:09:655 (2,3) - These should be swapped imo, since the pitch at 00:09:983 - is much higher than the previous ones. Using a circle here could express more than just being a slider-tail
