Please reply to this mod saying what you didn't fix (and what you did). Remember these are all suggestions.
Also, if you have any question, feel free to ask me in-game. :)

General
  1. Remove the unnecessary audio lead-in on all diffs but Insane.
  2. The mp3 is uncomfortably loud and the hitsounds too low.
  3. The score and difficulty gap between Normal and Hard are too high. Finish mapping Normal and make Hard a bit easier.
Normal
  1. This has lots of unnecessary and unnecessarily long breaks. Keep the breaks consistent with the other difficulties.
  2. The combos are too long. Notes that end a combo give additional points (and HP), and having such notes regularly in a Normal is a bonus.
  3. 00:10:310 (5,1) - Such rhythms are confusing for a Normal, because they're unintuitive (and this one is completely unexpected). Also, I wouldn't recommend stacking notes under sliders like that, because it looks bad due to stacking, and makes the rhythm hard to read.
  4. 00:32:464 (5) - Same comment about the rhythm.
  5. 01:20:003 (6) - Same comment about the rhythm.
  6. 01:28:080 (8) - Too far from previous object...
  7. 01:44:003 (1) - This comes too soon after the spinner. Remember new players don't spin well and need a lot of time to readjust their aim after spinners.
  8. 01:44:926 (2) - This slider is hidden by the text that pops out after completing the spinner.
  9. 02:18:618 (3) - Make this a copy of (1) ? It will fix the spacing between this and (2) and look better.
  10. 02:24:156 (1) - Why is this one so far from the previous object ?
  11. 02:48:618 (8) - Same comment about the rhythm as 00:10:310 - ...
  12. 03:12:618 (1) - This comes too soon after the spinner (same reasons as above).
  13. 03:14:464 (3) - Same comment about the rhythm as 00:10:310 - ...
  14. 03:12:618 - Why did the spacing suddenly become so much higher ? That part of the song doesn't seem any faster or doesn't seem to have a stronger rhythm than the rest of the song. Also, I tend to think that such huge differences in spacing are confusing for a Normal.
  15. 03:14:464 (3) - Same comment about the rhythm as 00:10:310 - ...
  16. 03:20:003 (10) - Too far from previous object.
  17. 03:22:310 (5) - Way too close to previous object.
  18. 03:25:541 (1) - This spinner is rather short for a Normal...
  19. 03:27:387 (1) - This note appears too soon after the spinner, especially after such a short one.
Hard
  1. This difficulty is extremely uneven. While most of the time it does feel like a Hard, there are at times patterns, rhythms and note placements that are way too hard for a Hard.
  2. 00:09:618 (2) - Too close to previous object. With the spacing of 00:09:157 (6,1) - it looks really bad.
  3. 00:42:618 (1,2,3,4,5) - This placement is confusing. I expected this to be a stream, but it's actually a streak of triples. Also this kind of pattern is really hard for a Hard imo.
  4. 01:12:157 (1) - Make this spinner end 1/2 earlier. It will be less confusing rhythm-wise and will make the next note less difficult to catch.
  5. 01:26:926 (1) - Same.
  6. 01:31:772 (1,2,3,1) - That pattern is really too hard for a Hard imo...
  7. 01:39:156 (1,2,3) - Same.
  8. 01:41:695 (3,4,5) - Same.
  9. 01:46:541 (1,2,3,4) - Same.
  10. 01:53:926 (1,2,3,4) - Same.
  11. 02:26:003 (1) - Make this spinner end 1/2 earlier. It will be less confusing rhythm-wise and will make the next note less difficult to catch.
  12. 02:40:772 (1) - Same.
  13. 03:20:003 - The break here doesn't make sense. You did map something in it in the Normal (and even used kiai time), and mapped the previous same exact part of the music in this difficulty. The break just kills the flow of the map and adds unnecessary waiting time until the rest of the kiai (which is cut in half for no apparent reason).
  14. 03:30:387 (1,2,3,1) - This kind of pattern is really too hard for a Hard imo...
  15. 03:37:772 (1,2,3) - Same.
  16. 03:40:310 (3,4,5) - Same.
  17. 03:45:157 (1,2,3,4) - Same.
  18. 03:52:541 (1,2,3,4) - Same.
  19. 03:55:080 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13) - Same. On top of that, the streamjumps are extremely confusing and I don't even think they fit.
Insane
  1. The speedups don't really make sense imo... The song isn't faster - it just uses more instruments and a heavier bass.

  1. Remove the unnecessary audio lead-in on all diffs but Insane. OK
  2. The mp3 is uncomfortably loud and the hitsounds too low. www
  3. The score and difficulty gap between Normal and Hard are too high. Finish mapping Normal and make Hard a bit easier.

Normal
  1. This has lots of unnecessary and unnecessarily long breaks. Keep the breaks consistent with the other difficulties.
  2. The combos are too long. Notes that end a combo give additional points (and HP), and having such notes regularly in a Normal is a bonus.
  3. 00:10:310 (5,1) - Such rhythms are confusing for a Normal, because they're unintuitive (and this one is completely unexpected). Also, I wouldn't recommend stacking notes under sliders like that, because it looks bad due to stacking, and makes the rhythm hard to read.
  4. 00:32:464 (5) - Same comment about the rhythm. sorry i think it's fit for this song so...

  3. 00:42:618 (1,2,3,4,5) - This placement is confusing. I expected this to be a stream, but it's actually a streak of triples. Also this kind of pattern is really hard for a Hard imo.OK
  4. 01:12:157 (1) - Make this spinner end 1/2 earlier. It will be less confusing rhythm-wise and will make the next note less difficult to catch. OK

02:56:580 (2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) - This part of the stream is clicking to a silent part in the song. I suggest removing it and creating a 5-beat stream to the vocals you hear.
03:32:233 (5,1) - Bad spacing or an odd anti-jump. Place further from each other.

Offset is 158. 1ms later than Insane's offset! Be sure the offset in all difficulties is 157!
It's really hard to hear the taiko hitsounds on this difficulty. Make them at least 90%! And please listen to the difference before you decide not to fix it.

00:44:695 - Another break? Kinda boring don't you think? I suggest removing this or the previous break and mapping it.
02:57:618 - 3 breaks have passed again. I suggest removing this break an mapping it. (Just be sure the whole map has a maximum of 3 breaks and everything's balanced)
03:10:310 (1) - End this spinner here @03:11:695 and silence it's end.

A few unsnapped notes. Can be quickly resolved: Timing -> Resnap all notes

Much better, just fix those objects on the Taiko diff and I'll bubble.

you use a very similar background to another lily song (admittedly it doesn't have the clumsy "CHLOE" on it but you get me), can you consider changing it since there's quite a bit of lily fanart available?
You should use the same kiai times for each difficulty.
