@Namki its just a matter of consistency will be easily fixed no need to repeat what he said like its a big deal : ) also 1/1 recovery time should be fine in low bpm just saying, especially when its a normal and there is an easy difficulty. May I know if you redownloaded the set before checking it? I redownloaded the set to see why you pointed out the unused files and the audio with delay, but they don't seem to be in the set. I had already pointed out the unused files the first time I looked at the set, so they're gone, as well as the audio with delay.
About the recovery time, you're claiming that is unrankable, if it is, can you link in which part of the RC is that stated?
The ranking criteria guidelines suggest to have at least 2 beats of recovery time in normal diffs. Since the guideline is based on approximately 180 BPM, and each beat at 180 BPM is 333ms long, then the suggested minimum time gap between spinner and next object is 666ms (two 180bpm beats). The current recovery time in the spinner that you're concerned about is 723ms long, which is even above the minimum recommended for a normal diff. This means it is not unrankable.
It's not bad that you're concerned about a bubbled map, since bubbled maps are not exempt of possible unrankable issues. However, next time you do this, please be sure to redownload the set in case you had a version before the bubble/nomination, and have a look at the Osu! Ranking Criteria to confirm that something is unrankable. I hope these tips help you for your future mods

While I don't believe recovery time is an issue, I do agree with the inconsistency about the spinners that you pointed out. Imo, they can end either in the white tick or the red tick, both seem to be fine places to end the spinner, but I guess red would be the best since everyone would be happier about the recovery time lol. So yeah, Lilyanna or Firetruck should fix that once the second nominator shows up.

The Point with the Spinners in Firetrucks Diff, i didn’t really know that the rc refers to 180BPM thx for informing BUT you cant tell me that having a break from not even a entire beat (1/2 only) is rankable for a normal diff thats why it should be decrease by 1 white tick (first spinner)
The second one is actually ok I just pointed it out to be safe.
If you want talk about that with me dont do it here because of we both dont want to spam the thread with that.

check some stuff on irc-
spinner recovery seems fine, not unrankable issue to me since bpm is lower than 180 and spinner isnt on screen at same time as circles - not a problem
