These are all doublesteps I've found, I'll mod the diff once again looking at patterning and other stuff when you apply these.
Removing doublesteps may be troublesome at times, you can try to mirror a pattern/stream sequence (whole sequence!) right after a doublestep to make it work, just make sure this doesn't run you into some stupid/unnatural anchors and trills. You will probably have to try if the new pattern works.

Making any changes to either so they aren't both 1-2-3 steps will fix this issue (example of using o!std ideas and just putting the bigger spaced note in col 4 http://i.imgur.com/xrky5Ra.png&#41;. This repeats btw so if you fix it, fix all the other ones too.

I can't applie most of the mod even if it sounds fine as a spread mod simply because the difficuly is based on index pattern. It's means to be played with two index only on the arrow keys.

there are much, i think so much right hand long jacking thing and i spot two part that contains it and relatively make the other hand resting which a bit unfair to left handed people. Yeah, these are 01:26:411 - and 01:55:949 - , consider to make one of them left hand jack (or ctrl H) to make it little bit more balanced
and maybe the burst snap is kinda weird... (1/12?) but i dont think this affects to the ranking criteria

I'm a bit in worry about the spread to the Easy at the beginning. Some pattern look for a Normal pretty hard. I mean it's 260bpm. Let me point out a which "could" need some nerf maybe.
This is the first one at 00:21:795 - . Blocko used long notes of 2/1 beat while you go directly into 1/2 notes. My suggestion would be to delete following notes: 00:21:911 (21911|0,22026|3,22257|2,22372|0,22603|1) - . Following only the snare and have at the end a short 1/2 pattern.

00:32:411 (32411|2,32641|2,32872|2) - Maybe it would be possible to remove these "jacks"? CTRL+G 00:32:872 (32872|2,33103|1) - solves this problem. Further in this part you doesn't have these "jacks" either.

02:36:564 (156564|1,156795|1,157026|1) - Maybe get rid of this xP
02:51:334 (171334|1,171564|1,171795|1) - Same here!
Just looks so randomly appearing.

So overall the difficulty looks okay, i'm just a bit in worry about the extremely long 1/2 pattern int he Kiai's. There is like almost never a break. Considering this shall represent the Normal difficulty in the set this might be a bit too much. Maybe it would be possible to nerf it a bit? Some breaks would be already enough. At least 1/1 breaks.

Listening over and over it makes me really sure that all of them are Wrong Snapped.

I saw Fullerene's diff which has a lot of weird pattern but i guess i look into it more detailed when the time comes for it.

when I hear this part in 25%, I notice it until the blue tick, and It's also used in the same way in the Shift. I would prefer to let it be for the time being.
I will keep it in my mind just in case and modify it if It's really needed tho.

I'm a bit in worry about the spread to the Easy at the beginning. Some pattern look for a Normal pretty hard. I mean it's 260bpm. Let me point out a which "could" need some nerf maybe.
This is the first one at 00:21:795 - . Blocko used long notes of 2/1 beat while you go directly into 1/2 notes. My suggestion would be to delete following notes: 00:21:911 (21911|0,22026|3,22257|2,22372|0,22603|1) - . Following only the snare and have at the end a short 1/2 pattern. Used your advice to nerf a little bit the pattern. Cool

00:32:411 (32411|2,32641|2,32872|2) - Maybe it would be possible to remove these "jacks"? CTRL+G 00:32:872 (32872|2,33103|1) - solves this problem. Further in this part you doesn't have these "jacks" either. Fixed

So overall the difficulty looks okay, i'm just a bit in worry about the extremely long 1/2 pattern int he Kiai's. There is like almost never a break. Considering this shall represent the Normal difficulty in the set this might be a bit too much. Maybe it would be possible to nerf it a bit? Some breaks would be already enough. At least 1/1 breaks. I honnestly dislike going for difficulty over playability, I believe I don't have nay other choice anyway. using 1/1 would kill the structure of the chart and also probably make a super huge gap with the Medium. The song is fast and I believe I don't have any other choice to say "sorry, it's just a really hard Normal, good luck"

I don't know. Maybe it's me but i had at this level really problems with jacks. If I switch them to the other hand, I'm gonna have the same problem at the start of the next jack (like 3 3 1 2 2, the one hand problem is still here on 1 2 2). What is nice with this layout is the jack are balanced on each hands and it's also easy really easy to read compared to other patterns.

As said earlier and in the map description, this is an index chart. This kind of charting use another playstyle meaning the patterning is completely different. For these reasons I have to reject most advices here because it makes the patterns unplayable for index players.

As for the 1/3 snaps, It's mostly due to background buzzy/burst sounds so it generally make sence to use them.

For the ghost note it's another topic. We use them in order not to kill too much the structure of the chart. If you listen closely you would see that most of the kiai don't have 1/4 sound. We dump them in order to create a fun and challenging chart. You're mostly the first person to complain about them mostly because you think too much with a technical layering in mind.
We follow the general line of the song, but ghost note is kinda an obligation in order to keep the overall nice to play. I hope you understand my point.

00:55:026 (55026|2) - You let this LN in the Beginner end 1/2 beat earlier. Is this here now intentionally? It was intentional, at first, because I thought the short kick sequence ended later. I snapped this long note's tail to 1/2 beat earlier, though.

01:18:103 (78103|1,78334|2,78564|0,78795|1) - You could make these 1-3-1-3. The music gives here the perfect moment for a trill. Good idea.
01:25:488 (85488|0,85718|1,85949|2,86180|3) - And these maybe 4-2-4-2 then. Done.

01:52:141 (112141|2,112257|3) - Till now this is the only one one handed 1/2 pattern you used in the Map. I highly suggest, especially on 260 bpm, to keep 1/2 pattern played with different hands. Done.

02:35:872 (155872|2,156103|2,156334|1) - Just a little suggestion. I can see that you try to bring some variety into the pattern with 1/1 jacks but wouldn't it fit better with 02:36:103 (156103|2,156334|1) - ? Really strong kick sounds. I suppose so.

02:50:757 (170757|1,171103|2) - I suggest to CTRL+G here. 1/2 break releases on 260 bpm with the same hand is dangerous for an Easy. Alrighty.
