So I've been making my own personal skin, for a while (kinda of a permanent work in progress kind of thing) but recently I decided wanted to make the hit circles disappear without any animation once they've been hit. I know that's it's done by making the whole hit circle in the hit number element (I believe if I'm wrong please say so it'd be very much appreciated), but science my skin elements are all spearate. I'd like to know if anyone knows some good free picture editing software that's free. By the way I use Windows 10 (not anniversary update Yay).
