Lots of notes aren't snapped to grid. Holding shift when placing notes isn't always a good thing. :)
Change grid to 3, then:

00:32:618 (1) - Right one.
00:55:783 (1,2,3) - Remove finish.

-01:26:550 (5) - The slider before this was curved. I feel it would play and look better as a curved slider, to follow the pattern.

00:09:841 (1,2) - You've set a pattern of symmetry for this part, and this... doesn't exactly fit with that pattern.

...and those stacks not being stacked was weird to read. Not that bad, though.

Just a few subjective things. If there were objective problems everywhere then I'd have to ask you to not be a MAT because it'd be clear that you have no idea what you're doing. :P Nice map overall, fun.

Kagura:

Note: Most of this is nitpicking. Except for that unnecessary trap and those uneven stacks, I'd say it's rankable. However, for the sake of progress:

00:08:322 (3,1) - The 3's hitburst covers the 1. Kinda hard to read and sloppy, especially for an easier difficulty. Easy to fix, though.
00:11:360 (1) - The hitbursts from earlier kinda overlap this. Not that bad though, still readable.
00:12:879 (1,2,3,4,5) - The 2 is overlapped from earlier, the hitburst of the 1 overlaps the end of the 3, and the 5 is a bit overlapped. by the 3's hitburst.
00:37:563 (1,2,1,2) - This type of jump pattern is used when all the hit objects are an equal distance apart on the timeline. For an easier difficulty like this, this is a trap that isn't necessary. I would consider changing it.
00:49:715 (4,5) - This jump is weird.
00:50:854 (1) - This slider looks like it's going to collapse on its left side. /nitpicking
00:53:133 (3) - I would move this down a bit, away from the 2, to look prettier.
00:53:892 (1) - This spinner feels kind of random.
01:03:765 (2) - Try switching the slider's head and its end and see how that plays.

...and all those uneven stacks near the end should be split up IMO. It's just weird for a hard Normal/easy Hard to have uneven stacks like those.

Again, most of this is just nitpicking. It's good overall.

Changed one thing: 00:09:841 (1,2) - flipped the 1 and 2. Alot of your suggestions are basing it on a normal, it's not a normal, it's a hard (though as you said in irc, an easy hard.) I think it will be fine as it is.
