Actually I don't get why you said no WIP and Pending, because all the maps in OSU! are in status of :
Ranked/Approved (doesn't need mod)
Pending - Bubbled (which is almost ranked, people do not want to mod this because in most cases it will be ignored)
Pending (this is what people usually mod, and ask for mod)
Work in Progess (^)
Graveyard (no update and post for more then 4 week, people don't even ask to mod this)
So if you are not modding something is already nicely done, You should say "no bubbled maps" or maybe "no more then +40" or whatever.
because who asks for mod => means the map is in Pending or WIP
