The only thing I can honestly say is that you can't call this normal, because your normal dificulty is clearly hard. Will subscribe to see if you will post a easier version that i can actually play xD

I believe the slider at 06:432 should be at 06:548 there fore deleting the next hit circle.
You have way too big combos that makes your song alot harder because geki are the things that restore the most HP, so if you only have like 3 combos during the whole song that makes the HP recovery go down. I would say you shoul make a new combo at:
21:657 (start of a new combo)
27:789 (start of a new combo)
21:657 (start of a new combo)
1:00:635 (start of a new combo)
