Yes. Your issue is that you can't read the timing of the 1st note properly. This is normal since you're looking at more approach circles at once in streams compared to simple triples, you'll adapt eventually. Looking at 1 approach circle and reading it is easy, looking at 3 while only trying to read 1 is harder, 8 or more just looks like a mess. You need to focus solely on reading the timing for the 1st note in each burst for now. You won't be able to maintain a consistent BPM if you're trying to adjust your rhythm at the start of the burst.
Start by playing any map that spams triples, focus solely on nailing the 1st note in each triple, you'll find nailing all 3 note much easier when you can consistently 300 the 1st note each time. Once you're comfortable with that, move on to bursts of 5, 7, etc. Your eyes will gradually get used to reading more and more approach circles at a time.
