I've started being on a wall since I started playing 4 stars, like almost a year ago.
Is starting to be so frustrating cause:
Reading seems not to be the problem cause I see Most patterns but,I guess I'm physically not fast enough or I go ista panic and anticipate on stuff like burst and advanced sliders.
And with my friends recently joining the game I found out that slowly outclassed me in a few months I found out that my accuracy is total garbage, cause when they an S or A on a map where I cannot,I find out that they actually do way more misses than me,but on the other hand i have way too many 200!
So i tried to improve my acc but I cannot see the timing diff between a 300 and 200,I've tried experimenting every bpm, offset, but nothing...can't find a solution it upsets me so much idk what to do anymore I'm tilted, but still i never stopped playing.
I guess my learning pace is very slow or my confidence went down to hell.

If I were you I would try to keep most of my setting the same because you want to be consistent and not change everything all the time. Try following the instuction of this under the "Fine-tuning" section.

Next for scroll speed, You want to put it at a number that isn't too high so that it won't make the notes too blurry and fast but at the same time not too slow. Also you can change the columnwidth of your notes in the skin.ini if you think your notes are too big or small.

I'm guessing you mainly play ranked maps or maps that doesn't have many patterns. I recommend just playing unranked maps like the ones from here , to improve reading and accuracy. Try playing maps you barely get A's on and dont play the same maps multiple times in a row.

This means you ARE having reading problems. Panic responses like that happen when your brain is not able to understand the pattern you are seeing fast enough to figure out how to respond. Since it hasn't figured the pattern out yet, it sends the signal to do.... something, instead of simply not hitting anything.

That aside, you need to stop worrying about how quickly other people progress. I'm a slow learner. I've had skill walls that lasted several years without visible improvement. You are probably not as slow a learner as me, but my point here is that not everyone learns at the same pace. You need to stop worrying about how other people are improving and concentrate on finding out how to improve on your own.

Ayaya also gave some good advice. The way to improve reading is by playing as many different kinds of maps as possible. Every time you replay a map you've already played, you are losing out on a chance to play a new map and experience new combinations of patterns, or maybe even a pattern you've never even encountered before.

Try to figure out what kinds of patterns you're good at, and what kinds of patterns you're bad at. When you know you're bad at something, you can find maps with those kinds of patterns to practice on. (But remember, don't spam plays on maps you use for practice. Spamming plays leads to memorization, and when you memorize a map, you stop learning from it.)

I great tool for improving accuracy (at least for me) is making collections of maps based on the accuracy I get. I have a total amount of 10 collections and they go up by 2% every time from 80-82% acc up to 98-100% acc. I don't think that smashing maps with under 80% acc is worth it so that's why I don't go any lower.

Goal is to move the maps up in the collections. For example, I have a 86.92% acc score on a map in my 86-88% collection and I set a new score on it and this time get 91.02% acc. Then I remove it from the 86-88% collection and add it to my 90-92% collection. A bit hard to explain, hope it makes sense. The ''ultimate goal'' is to move all the maps from my 80-82% collection all the way up to the 98-100% one. Have been doing this for 2 weeks now and it works great. Just remember to play some new maps every day to add to your collections so you don't get stuck playing just the same maps.

This kind of progression with collections can be used for other things than acc also. Using this for the amount of score you get, making collections between 20k of score (like 980k-1000k) is also a good idea. I use accuracy since that is what I want to train right now. You could try this out, maybe it will work for you also!

Hope this helps, good luck.

Oh nice tip, I should actually try that, though I am a bit concerned with the number collections I have already (>50).
