念の為にタイミングが正確な方にチェックしてもらった方が宜しいかもですね。
見てて少しノーツのタイミングが音楽より若干遅れてる感じがあるみたい。

Easy

Fine for me

Normal

00:21:573 (3) - ここで新しくコンボあがった方がリズムが変わるよって初心者に分かりやすいかもです
00:39:283 (6,7,8) - スペーシングミスです
01:12:223 (3) - ↑

Hard

音量を少し調整しなおした方がいいかもですね、音楽よりかなり大きくて
ヒットサウンドが音楽かき消してる感あるかも

00:14:141 (2,3,4,5) - 個人的にはここが読み取りにくいんではないかと
01:12:583 (1,2,3,4,5,1,2,3,4,5) -
少しコンボあがる場所をチェンジしてみてはどうかな、多少わかりづらいかも

Insane

Start ~ 00:24:407 - 音量を少し下げた方が宜しいかと、以上に whistle が目立つかもかも
00:35:741 (3) - 新しいコンボはここの方が
00:36:449 (1) - 新コンボ削除
00:37:866 (1) - ↑
00:42:116 (1) - ↑
00:48:492 (1) - スピン終了場所は 00:49:909 ですね + 少し音量を下げてみたり

個人の好みだとは思うのだけど新コンボにあがるのが多いから
01:01:862 (1) - とか 01:02:659 (1) - とか、後でも多々あるこのパターンは
新コンボ削除してみてはいかが？もちろん距離チェックも

ここはただの意見ですのでスルーして頂いて構いませんよ。

01:35:245 (1,2) - あまり画面からはずれる事を避けるのをお勧めします／^o^＼

00:34:319 (3) - move 1 grid down on current level looks more trimer :3

Why time kiai is diferent on all diff[normal,hard,Insane] ? you cannot do this time kiai diferent for all diff you have do same time kiai ok (you can sayd no if you wish)

go to Song Setup and click Audio and put Music Track -> 3 for all diff
and need -1 HP drain and -1 Overall dificult

not bad ryhthm is good

[Normal]

01:58:602 (3) - Spacing
02:07:809 (1) - Remove New combo

[hard]

-1 HP drain
-2 Overall Dificult

00:19:269 (3) - Grid 1 dowm
00:19:800 (4) - Grid 1 right
