There are plenty of points made about this maps construction and obvious purpose. An active discussion is underway and I believe it would be appropriate to DQ so that the mapper may be more willing to cooperate rather than blindly refusing all points to avoid DQ. In general the map specifically avoids all "difficult" rhythms of 1/4 even though for a map of this difficulty that seems highly inappropriate. I understand it's subjective but flat out ignoring a large component of the game (streaming) where there are clear points in which the songs not only support it but are built for it seems highly inappropriate. There are a couple specific points I mentioned where the mapper simply uses 1/4th roll over for rhythms that are far more intricate than simple passive rhythm.

Lets make mapping great again! :D

As a side note I would also like to also share this image where Sotarks deliberately tells me that he will not change anything no matter what I say. This seems pretty counter productive considering the purpose of qualified is for maps to be given a chance for community feedback and goes against the code of conduct.

The usage of an 85 note combo cannot be left up to a community to discuss. I'm simply asking for clarification on this as I want to make sure that it's not something simply being overlooked and that osu! will allow such a rational in the future for all maps. normal diff uses tick rate 2 which is inconsistent from other diffs and renders ticks invisible for the entirety of the map.

Some major issues regarding musicality. For context, there are a few problems with streams while the song has no instruments playing other than the melody and a pattern that seems to be incorrectly mapped.

Moreover there seems to be one issue that makes a pattern extremely wacky to play for the reason below

04:05:042 (8,1,2) - This sounds really wrong. 8 is mapped on the first beat of the scratchy sample (the 1/8 sample) and the first slider starts after the sample kicked off already. If anything 8 should be replaced one of the back and forth.
