Hello I was wondering, if can help me with a project. I'm trying to get cursor image to rotate in the direction of cursor movement is there a code I can add to get this effect.

That's most likely impossible as the rotation is handled by osu! itself and you have no way of inserting some kind of code for it. If you find one it's most likely considered hacking too.

I don't want just rotating in place. I want it to rotate in direction of the mouse movement.

Thanks for the help it's just its not going look perfect but it will do for now I hope Osu add something one day.
