X and Y sensitivity of Osu!

Is the sensitivity of x and y different? As in if you have (X)dpi and moves 1 inch left/right it will move 1inch up/down which will be the similar xy sense. The other scenario will be where x moves a little more than the y sense since my screen is 16:9.

I actually asked this a month ago t/432735
I did some tests with letterboxing by doing something like 100:17 and all is scaled appropriately (at least with raw input). I don't blame you for being paranoid ;)

Can't be more paranoid than abraker :D
The playfield is always a square regardless of which resolution you are using.
You can easily confirm this by going into the editor on the resolutions 800x600 and 1024x600:

Open both screenshots in your browser and since the browser will automatically center them you can easily see on switching that the playfield stays the same size in the center of the osu!-window and that the resolution only affects the interface.
