Timing feels good to me. But there are many things you need to tweak in this.
00:08:36 (4,5,6) - Did you want to add one more 1/4 beat at the end so it would go with the music, or were you saving that for a harder level? Same thing at the other places where this happens.
00:11:74 (2) - A bit farther away from 1. It looks like you're using 0.8 distance snapping, so that's what I'm going with.
00:13:14 (6) - Sounds better 1/4 beat back. Then distance snap accordingly.
00:16:17 (5) - Farther away from 4.
00:22:70 (3) - Should be a bit closer to 2, but I think it's fine right there.
00:26:43 (3) - I'd say either put this under the 2, or move it farther away from 2. Don't leave it there though.
00:32:38 (9) - Farther from 8.
00:32:61 (10) - A bit farther from 9.
00:36:11 (3) - Farther from 2.
00:37:86 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:39:14 (4) - Closer to 3.
00:39:38 (5) - Farther from 4.
00:39:73 (7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15) - Want to add 1 more 1/4 beat at the end?
00:41:24 (1) - Closer to 15.
00:42:76 (4,5,6) - Sounds a bit weird to me. Try shifting these beats 1/4 beat forward.
00:45:09 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:46:38 (1) - Closer to 4.
00:46:61 (2) - Farther from 1.
00:47:89 (5) - Farther from 4.
00:49:41 (4) - Closer to 3.
00:50:69 (8) - Farther from 7.
00:51:27 (10) - Closer to 9.
00:51:62 (11) - Farther from 10.
00:52:21 (1) - Closer to 12.
Overall, a pretty good map for a classic tune! The main issue though is the spacings. I suggest once you make the corrections above that you go back and make sure all the beats are snapped properly according to their distance on the timeline. Make sure distance snap is on and just move the note around. You'll see what I mean.
