BMP would be better if it's 176, but maybe 88 is ok idk :?
Offset is a bit too early and should be around 200. When timing, turn your effect volume to 100% to hear the tick sound better and be more accurate

Other than that, here're some things you should consider:
  1. The first small kiai should be removed, don't abuse kiai time
  2. Don't make combo more than 9 so that only 1 digit is showing
  3. Use a 1366x768 background to fit to 16:9 ratio
  4. Change combo color
  5. Source should be left blank, it is only intended for games, movies, anime, etc. Not for albums, albums go into tags. https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/PT:Song_Setup
  6. Add at least a spinner in each diff
