2016-02-22 13:04 Kroytz: everything up until 00:16:365 (1) - is pretty good
2016-02-22 13:04 Kroytz: so nothing to be changed imo
2016-02-22 13:04 iYiyo: hard diff?
2016-02-22 13:04 Kroytz: yeah
2016-02-22 13:05 Kroytz: for aesthetic design
2016-02-22 13:05 Kroytz: 00:20:001 (1,2,3,1) -
2016-02-22 13:05 Kroytz: when you highlight those, I think it should make like a triangle
2016-02-22 13:06 Kroytz: basically 00:21:820 (1) - should be x134 y37
2016-02-22 13:06 iYiyo: oh sure
2016-02-22 13:06 Kroytz: err
2016-02-22 13:06 Kroytz: 00:20:910 (3) -
2016-02-22 13:06 Kroytz: should be 134, 37
2016-02-22 13:07 Kroytz: similarly, 00:25:456 (1) - has a nasty overlap on the previous long slider, so maybe its better to move this elsewhere on the editor
2016-02-22 13:08 Kroytz: I understand your intention with 00:36:365 (1) - by having a pause effect, but I think the pause effect works better when this is a long slider that ends on 00:37:274 -
2016-02-22 13:10 iYiyo: I can try adding a slider there
2016-02-22 13:10 iYiyo: but I like this pause effect too
2016-02-22 13:10 Kroytz: the pause effect makes the rhythm a little "guessing"
2016-02-22 13:10 Kroytz: because the player doesnt know how long to wait for exactly
2016-02-22 13:10 Kroytz: and as a hard difficulty, I think adding more beats would be more beneficial
2016-02-22 13:11 iYiyo: i'll add slider for these parts then
2016-02-22 13:11 Kroytz: starting 00:37:956 (2) - try a rhythm like: http://puu.sh/nhPio/6730491674.jpg
2016-02-22 13:12 Kroytz: http://puu.sh/nhPo8/dc1779a466.jpg a slider like works fine btw
2016-02-22 13:12 Kroytz: for those pause moments
2016-02-22 13:13 Kroytz: And my reasoning for that rhythm is because sliders on red ticks are very awkward to play. White ticks should almost always be clicked
2016-02-22 13:13 Kroytz: and I think it makes more sense with the music too
2016-02-22 13:14 iYiyo: oh sure
2016-02-22 13:14 iYiyo: yeah yeah
2016-02-22 13:14 iYiyo: I think it'll work fine
2016-02-22 13:14 iYiyo: like it
2016-02-22 13:15 Kroytz: 00:50:001 (2) - overlap is a little messy imo. you could space it out more to be around 443;108
2016-02-22 13:15 Kroytz: I think with this you're trying a little too hard to follow the Distance Snap
2016-02-22 13:15 Kroytz: 00:52:501 (2,1,2,3) - same rhythm I mentioned above
2016-02-22 13:16 Kroytz: When I highlight 01:07:274 (1,2,1,2,3,1,2,1,2,3) - there's a LOT of space in the editor that get neglect you see
2016-02-22 13:17 Kroytz: This is about 6 seconds of playing within the same area which I don't think is a very good idea to do. You could move more to the left half of the editor instead of going around this general area
2016-02-22 13:18 Kroytz: 01:05:456 (1) - and 01:20:001 (1) - are the same in the song but one is shorter than the other so I think make the first one longer.
2016-02-22 13:19 Kroytz: since those sliders go over 2/4 beats (that should contain claps) make a clap file for those slider-ticks and apply them. A lot of maps do this and it's so that it keeps the map consistent with the rhythm
2016-02-22 13:19 Kroytz: especially for lower diffs where the player wants feedback on these sort of things
2016-02-22 13:20 Kroytz: 01:27:274 (1) - and this would be a long slider ending on 01:28:183 -
2016-02-22 13:22 Kroytz: 01:34:547 (1) - since the music changes a little bit, you can play with the rhythm in this fashion: http://puu.sh/nhQ11/76f09b1e8a.jpg (the first slider here is the timestamp I linked)
2016-02-22 13:23 Kroytz: and dont forget to make 01:38:183 (1,2,3) - those sliders on white ticks as well.
2016-02-22 13:24 iYiyo: yep i'll keep an eye on these
2016-02-22 13:24 Kroytz: 01:39:547 (1) - for the rhythm and design I like this: http://puu.sh/nhQb6/ba0ed1fe7f.jpg
2016-02-22 13:24 Kroytz: the downbeats should be clickable too
2016-02-22 13:25 iYiyo: oki
2016-02-22 13:26 Kroytz: starting 01:41:820 (1) - I found this rhythm to be enjoyable too http://puu.sh/nhQhm/6a5d666e45.jpg
2016-02-22 13:27 Kroytz: 01:46:365 (2,3) - here you can make (2) extend to the blue tick and repeat
2016-02-22 13:28 Kroytz: or you could keep (3) and just extend (2)
2016-02-22 13:28 Kroytz: since I think the music is a little more progressive anyways
2016-02-22 13:29 Kroytz: 02:00:910 (3,4) - probably turn (3) into a 1/1 slider and remove (4)
2016-02-22 13:30 Kroytz: to fill in the gaps
2016-02-22 13:30 Kroytz: and highlighting: 02:01:820 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - feels very tight
2016-02-22 13:30 Kroytz: move around editor some more imo
2016-02-22 13:31 iYiyo: sure
2016-02-22 13:31 iYiyo: about filling the gaps, idk but i feel it would feel too crowded with sliders
2016-02-22 13:31 Kroytz: hm,
2016-02-22 13:32 Kroytz: I guess keeping it your way is fine too
2016-02-22 13:32 Kroytz: I would have 02:15:910 (4,5) - be stacked tho
2016-02-22 13:32 Kroytz: and not 02:15:229 (2,3) -
2016-02-22 13:33 Kroytz: if you stack (4,5) it'll give more emphasis to 02:16:365 (1) -
2016-02-22 13:33 Kroytz: same for 02:19:547 (4,5) - and the rest
2016-02-22 13:33 Kroytz: and I kinda dont like this overlap 02:20:001 (1) -
2016-02-22 13:35 Kroytz: 02:26:820 (1) - Im preeeeeetty sure there are BPM changes at the end of the song but I wouldnt know what they would be
2016-02-22 13:35 Kroytz: you'd have to ask someone
2016-02-22 13:35 Kroytz: lol
2016-02-22 13:35 iYiyo: yeah that's why I added the spin
2016-02-22 13:35 iYiyo: i'm too lazy lol haha
2016-02-22 13:35 Kroytz: well, if you want this to get ranked, its gonna have to get bpm changed lol
2016-02-22 13:35 iYiyo: :c
2016-02-22 13:36 Kroytz: ik :c
2016-02-22 13:36 Kroytz: even if the bpms arent used, they still need to be there
2016-02-22 13:36 Kroytz: and I believe its for other game modes
2016-02-22 13:37 iYiyo: oh i see
2016-02-22 13:37 iYiyo: ok then i'll have to ask xd
2016-02-22 13:37 Kroytz: and a last minute this 01:02:729 (3) -
2016-02-22 13:37 Kroytz: should have the same shape as 01:01:820 (1) - just cuz i think it looks nicer that way xp
2016-02-22 13:37 iYiyo: oh shiet
2016-02-22 13:37 Kroytz: thats just about it for this map
2016-02-22 13:38 iYiyo: haha sure
2016-02-22 13:38 Kroytz: I'm not good at modding <Insanes but this song is very nice lol
2016-02-22 13:38 iYiyo: na, you did great :D
2016-02-22 13:38 iYiyo: thanks !

Good luck~

[Hard]
Audio Lead-In
There is only 1820 ms of audio lead-in, which is less than the minimum of 2000 ms. Fixed

Breaks
You need a break before 02:16:820. Why? it's totally fine, there's no need to add a break imo

Spinner Length
02:26:820 (1) - This spinner is 7954 ms long, which is longer than 7500 ms; it may get tiring to play. I reduced it a bit, now it's 7273 ms

About the hitsounds, I added a new hitclap & hitwhistle and fixed a lot of them, now it should be better I think.

Thanks for the mod <3

  3. 00:04:547 (2) - quizas ponerlo hacia arriba

[Easy]
00:05:456 (1) - NC I think that adding a NC every two white ticks is enough so it doesn't become too monotonous.
00:12:729 (1) - ^
00:20:001 (1) - overlap and also NC fixed overlap overall
01:00:001 (1) - asymmetry slider :o why asymmetry here? the red node there is on purpose
02:18:183 (3) - just copy 02:16:365 (1) it well I just think it's look better copying it so.. changed

[Normal]
00:01:820 (1) - 256|252 for blanket blanketed
00:18:183 (1) - NC for consistency i'll leave it with a NC there
00:21:820 (4) - ^

First Job Class

00:30:910 (1) - 1 beat slider and circle is better here, no? 2 beats is very ''easy'' and this section has a higher intense than the before section
00:36:365 (1) - ^

Second Job Class

01:00:910 (5) - make this equal to this 01:01:251 (6) - (same angle)

Only this, good map :)

  1. 00:08:638 (3,3) - these are kinda weird since they're not snapped correctly to the instrument you're following. so i suggest having two 1/1 sliders for these 00:07:274 (2,3) - . that way you avoid the awkward rhythm by having it on a sliderend. or you can do 2/1 sliders - read below
  2. btw why are these 00:21:820 (2,2) - sliders but here 00:07:274 (2,3,2,3) - you do slider circle for the same sound?

[First Class Job]
  1. 01:20:001 (1,2) - this is inconsistent with this 01:05:456 (1,2,3) - just pick the rhythm you like more and make it consistent. cuz right now you have a sliderend on the same sound you made clickable before which doesn't rly make sense.

[Second Job Class]
  1. 00:15:910 (6) - i believe this is the first time you map to the echo effect and not the main instrument, but i don't think it should be clickable since it's not dynamic, try having it on a sliderend?
  2. 00:31:592 (4,5,6,7,8) - you're trying to follow a little bit of everything here and it ends up not working out imo. if you had this 00:31:365 - as a 1/2 slider it would give a cooler effect with the high pitch sound it ends on.
  3. 00:37:274 - slider?
  4. 01:22:729 (5,6,7) - if you turn stacking on you can see how this triple has different spacing than 01:23:638 (1,2,3) - this because of stacking. you should probably take a look at the whole kiai and make them equally spaced throughout.
also i didn't like the background size being 1600x1200 so i tried making it 16:9. this took longer than i'd like to admit https://i.imgur.com/3j0HaXK.jpg

good luck!
netnesanya
[Second Job Class]

00:17:274 (3,4) - here you increasing spacing to 1.6 00:20:910 (3,4) - and then you back to 1 00:22:729 (2,3) - and then you increasing spacing to 1.4,but that sounds the same
00:41:820 (1) - maybe more spacing to emphasize strong sound?
01:13:524 - maybe add note here,it sounds better i think
01:21:820 (1) - maybe stack with 01:20:910 (3) - because there's no overlaps in this section before
01:33:638 (3,4) - i think something like this would be better https://i.imgur.com/qpjPC9g.png

[Novice]

00:40:001 (3) - nc maybe?
00:54:547 (3) - ^

nice map,gl :)

  4. 01:22:729 (5,6,7) - if you turn stacking on you can see how this triple has different spacing than 01:23:638 (1,2,3) - this because of stacking. you should probably take a look at the whole kiai and make them equally spaced throughout. my bad lmao, fixed
also i didn't like the background size being 1600x1200 so i tried making it 16:9. this took longer than i'd like to admit https://i.imgur.com/3j0HaXK.jpg thank you very much!!

good luck!

[Second Job Class]

00:17:274 (3,4) - here you increasing spacing to 1.6 00:20:910 (3,4) - and then you back to 1 00:22:729 (2,3) - and then you increasing spacing to 1.4,but that sounds the same yes fixed
00:41:820 (1) - maybe more spacing to emphasize strong sound? okay
01:13:524 - maybe add note here,it sounds better i think there's no distinct sound there, both 01:13:410 - 01:13:638 - prevail more imo
01:21:820 (1) - maybe stack with 01:20:910 (3) - because there's no overlaps in this section before I did that before so yeah, fixed
01:33:638 (3,4) - i think something like this would be better https://i.imgur.com/qpjPC9g.png I tried but I think my current pattern is more interesting

00:40:001 (3) - nc maybe?
00:54:547 (3) - ^ I prefer to keep having consistent NC there

nice map,gl :)
thanks for the mod guys!

First off:
Consider using a slightly different sound for "soft-hitwhistle2.wav". Currently it blends so well it doesn't really... add much noticable to the hitsounding >:

Second, do you have any references for the current title? I tried looking around, but only found "Purity of Your Smile" (Your and Smile being capitalized at the starts)

If I missed some source for that just let me know
otherwise, fix it~ (osu is buggy when changing capitalization in the romanised fields directly, so you may need to change it to something like Purity of Your Smiley first and THEN make it the actual proper title. Otherwise osu tends to delete difficulties. yeah.)

In all diffs:
01:39:092 - 01:53:638 - , I think these two spots are deserving of finishes due to being very similar to the directly preceding 01:30:001 - and 01:39:092 - etc, as the melody/rhythm repeats but the hitsounding is differing, and sounds a bit off, imo.

02:13:638 - 02:20:910 - In novice, these spots had clap+finish but in the other difficulties, only finishes. Not sure why that's different o: . . .

[Novice]
  1. 00:22:729 (3) - Looks like this ended up using the drum sampleset by mistake, fix it back to auto o: .
  2. 00:23:638 (1,2) - Compared to the previous two combos, this stood out as a bit odd to me because the two sliders here don't really "match" eachother, and I think it'd be really nice if you could figure a way in which they would. maybe?
  3. 00:50:910 (4) - This slider is unusally curved compared to most curved sliders in the map, I suggest adjusting it simply like this
  4. 01:11:820 (2,3) - Mayybe rotate (3) by 13 degrees and position it like this ? http://puu.sh/zLvLL/70f4e47a11.jpg right now it looks a bit out of place involving its harsh red angles so soon following two parallel sliders, with it itself being nearly but not quite parallel.
  5. 01:43:638 (1,2) - super nice (along with other slidershapes in this mapset) <3
[First Job Class]
  1. :!: 00:45:456 to 01:17:729 - This section is really biased towards the right side of the screen... Like, it barely goes into the left beyond a certain point at all. It was enough to be noticable and make the gameplay feel a bit unbalanced, to me at least. Consider looking into adjustments for that :s all objects selected
  2. 00:10:001 - 00:13:638 - (just for this difficulty) possibly add whistles to these slider heads since the sliders 00:09:092 (1,2) - 00:12:729 (1,2) - are meant to be matching and are hit to similar notes? I think it sounds nice
  3. 00:18:183 (1) - consider adjusting the slider like this for a smoother more even curve in the middle? c:
  4. 00:37:729 (2,3,1,2) - vs 00:39:774 (4,1,2,3) - how about make 00:37:956 (3,1) - form a straight line as well? This would be more consistent with the majority of similar patterns throughout the difficulty.
  5. 00:49:092 (1,1) - These look like they're supposed to be in the same spot, but they're not. Should get that fixed :0c
  6. 01:35:456 (2) - While I get what it's held to, it ending on 01:36:138 - where other patterns often started feels wrong. Maybe shorten it and add a circle at 01:36:138 - , and contrast the 01:34:547 (1,2) - sounds here with slidershapes instead like how you did in Second Job Class?
  7. 02:26:820 - I don't really see why this note was skipped. It's a very important note and begins the slowdown that the 02:27:320 (1) - spinner is mapped over, atm it feels really empty without any type of circle or slider at this time.
[Second Job Class]
  1. 02:26:820 - Same as mentioned in First Job Class, but for this difficulty also consider mapping 02:27:070 - as well if you do so. It may be part of a bpm slowdown, but the change in the song is obvious enough that someone able to handle the rest of the difficulty shouldn't see much problem with this. (or maybe as a 1/2 slider?)
  2. 00:30:910 (1,2,3) - the combination of low spacing between 1->2 and the stack of 2->3 ends up in this bit looking rather awkward, and the stack a bit less easy to notice. I suggest increasing the 1->2 spacing to .65, similar to.. uh.. most following similar patterns in the map.
  3. 01:07:274 (1,2,3) - & 01:08:183 (5,6,7) - these are supposed to be similar but the spacing is lower in the (5,6,7) group, (1,2,3) is close but not touching and (5,6,7) is.. touching. Increase the spacing between 5 and 6 a tad.
  4. 01:38:183 (1,2,3,4) - The transition here feels mega awkward, because the curve of the 234 triple is doesn't connect at all to the notes before and after it. maybe

Very pleasant and nice set !!!

hi from my q~

[General]

  1. :!: 00:45:456 to 01:17:729 - This section is really biased towards the right side of the screen... Like, it barely goes into the left beyond a certain point at all. I think it sounds nice hmm yeah but, 00:09:092 - 00:10:001 - have different tones in the music, so i wanted to differentiate them. Also for such a calm part in the music, I felt like adding 2 consecutive whistles like that is too annoying D:
  3. 00:18:183 (1) - consider adjusting the slider like this for a smoother more even curve in the middle? c: yup, sounds good

Tried to add a circle 01:36:138 - here but tbh I didn't really like it. I want to differentiate 01:34:547 (1,2) - both slider, and since SV is generally low, I prefer to have 01:35:456 (2) - this slider extended. HOWEVER, I did change the shape of 01:34:547 (1) - to generate some contrast
  7. 02:26:820 - I don't really see why this note was skipped. It's a very important note and begins the slowdown that the 02:27:320 (1) - spinner is mapped over, atm it feels really empty without any type of circle or slider at this time. okay, added a circle to other diffs aswell
