Here we go.

Yeah, I know. But you see, I've seen a lot of insane beatmaps that are ranked! Like Made of fire - oni, DJ pop's insane for U.N. Owen was her, Haya Saitama2000 - oni, many Kirby mixes, Guillaume Tell - Heavy, Bad apple - Extra, Okuu's Nuclear Fusion Dojo - v2b's insane, Marisa wa Taihen na Mono wo Nusunde Ikimashita - Hard, Chocobo - Gold, Diddy Kong VS Dogadon - Insane, Exciting Hyper, Highspeed Star - Highspeed, V3 - Impossible, Ieavan Polkka Trance Remix - BeuKirby, That's just some very hard beatmaps that's longer and harder than my Insane.
I would really get this ranked!!!
Made of fire - Approved map
U.N. Owen was her - Approved map
Saitama - Easy
KIRBY mixes - Not nearly as hard as this one (in terms of slider hax)
Bad Apple!! - Only a couple of fast sliders; still not even as fast as the ones in this map
Okuu - Buncha jumps, kinda as fast as your sliders, except having an entire 2x section is overkill
Marisa - old map
Exciting Hyper Highspeed Star - Nowhere near as Highspeed as this
V3 - High spacing jumps, no spam whatsoever
Ievan Polkka - Approved map
The Insane you did is completely overmapped. The first thing I thought of when I saw it was StrangeProgram [Lesjuh's TAG]. Also, I can't pass this map in CtB (or even get 3 seconds into the 2x section). There aren't many maps I can't pass in CtB, and that's a fair sign that your map is too hard. Your map seems almost as hard as [ignore's Another] from deltaMAX. That's definitely approval-tier.
However, with the Ievan Polkka map mentioned above, there are ranked difficulties and approved difficulties in the same mapset. Meaning it's possible for this difficulty to be approved, while the rest of them get ranked. Although if I remember, with the other map, some BATs were displeased with the fact that it somehow got ranked, which is what caused two of its difficulties to become approved. That means having approved and ranked difficulties in the same mapset will cause some trouble, and I'm not sure if you want to deal with that.
Also, if you don't want to map the rest of the song, I'll just stick this right in your face.

The mp3 you are using is a lot longer than the part which is mapped. Consider cropping it to reduce filesize.
It may not say that for your map, but it's what me and Louis Cyphre are trying to say. If having too much extra song length is an issue that's worth mentioning from AIMod, then it most certainly is an issue when other people are telling you it's too long.
Also, we have audio quality restrictions. The fact that you can't upload songs with bitrates beyond a certain point emphasizes the fact that we're attempting to save as much disk space as possible. Otherwise, among your 10,000 maps or so, if a whole bunch of them decided to have extra, unused song length, or if they all used the highest bitrates possible (beyond 192kb/s), then it would cause a significant impact. peppy once said (I can't find exactly which post he said it in) that osu! isn't your mp3 download service. The mp3 is merely for the map itself, and if someone wanted to use the mp3, they should go find it and get it themselves. It should be no reason why you're wasting disk space (albeit little, it's still a waste) on everyone's computers.
Also, I suggest you fix up the thread name.
Although all of the mapping seems good (I didn't take a thorough look at them), we have two major problems going on here, and the way I see it, two major problems isn't going to help you get the map ranked. If you manage to fix them up, or at least clear up the situation a bit, I'll offer you a star. But until then, I'm really not sure if any BAT/MAT will think this is okay. I hope you consider this massive wall of text I typed over the past half hour, and wish you luck on getting this map ranked/approved/both.
