The problem is, some songs are hard to follow the beat though.

It's fine to decrease the score multiplier.

Idk if this feature is rejected or not.

It'll be annoying. You need to learn the rhythm, not ask for mods which do this for you. You can always edit the mp3 with this

Yeah, like a typical metronome.

As a beginner like me, I don't really feel annoyed.

To be honest I don't want to use it, but I don't know if someone wants it or not.

There will be score deduction like Easy, No-fail, Half-time, so if you actually need it you give up something as exchange.

That'd honestly be weird. You can always use target practice or look at the osu logo in the bottom

You can always ghosttap the beat with your second finger or your foot.
Also as mentioned by Baraatje, if you want to play the beat without any direct relation to the map, Target Practice is an actual option.
