osu!ranks will be the letter A, B, C, D, S, or SS next to the player's name. All have a + or - except S and SS. An example is AlexMaha [D]

Basically a ranking system like in other games like CSGO? I don't think this idea would really contribute much.

Or something like in Elsword your PVE/PVP grade is before your name.

At all, that's not necessary. We have the pp system to determine the kind of skill level a player has.
