I have an idea for a mode called "osu!rain" which is compatible with an osu! tablet. There are an amount of circles on the bottom of the screen (you can choose when making beatmaps) and circles fall onto them. You must move your mouse/tablet left and right to click the circles when they hit the other circles. As for sliders, you can drag the mouse/tablet across, or just hold. Spinners will be like they are in CTB. Thank you for reading my idea.

So, basically like relax mode in CtB except with clicking as well? I'm not sure this justifies a whole new game mode.
I agree with Millhi. This is pretty much osu!standard in 2D instead of 3D. circles fall on circles instead of approachcircles on circles.

Reminded me of IamBaum's osu!DIVA gamemode project. While not touchscreen based, and rather keyboard based, I think that's the closest you can come to for now.
Or they could implement moving the tablet means moving to different keys in Mania. Just saying.
