Okay. Are you ready? Let's get started. Now, take note, you don't have to do any of these, all of them are suggestions.

General Notes
AIMod is your best friend. Go to File>Open AIMod.
Spacing is THE biggest problem here. Or at least in Hard. It might be fine everywhere else.
Edit the hitcircle-overlay.png (I think that's the file name) to something. I suggest just an outline for the hit circle. Without the overlay, some skins clash with the custom. (Such as my own)

Why is this mapped in 1/6...?
AIMod detects 141 frikkin' spacing issues. It's somewhat nazi about spacing, but 141 is just way too high. Because there are so many, I would just open the AIMod and edit the ones you see fit. Going through it, it doesn't seem like you used Distant Snap whatsoever, so I also suggest just going through the map again and replacing notes with Distance Snap. I'm going to list some that are especially bad. Most of these are respectful of their patterns.
Now, if you were shooting for the map to be harder because of the higher spacing, I can understand that, but there are still huge problems. You could always set Distance Snap to 1.5x or so. The notes below, however, are still extremely bad cases.
Simply put, just make sure standard human reaction times are able to hit your notes.

-Spacing from 00:03:350 to 00:05:168 (2,3,4,5,6,7 and 1 on the next combo)
-Spacing from 00:08:441 to 00:09:168 (1,2,3)
-Spacing from 00:17:168 to 00:18:259 (6,7,8,9)
-Spacing from 00:33:532 to 00:33:895 (4 to 5 and 5 to the next combo)
-Spacing from 00:40:077 to 00:40:077 (oh my god what this one isn't even humanly possible) (5 to the next combo)
-Spacing from 00:42:259 to 00:42:623 (5 to the next combo)
-Spacing from 00:46:986 to 00:48:441 (1,2,3,4,5)
-Spacing from 00:52:077 to 00:53:168 (7,8,9, and 1 on the next combo)

-01:22:623 Same thing. If you're wondering, the low chord you hear is from the rhythm in the background and isn't part of the actual melody as what I assume you though.
-01:23:986: Revise the sliders in this fashion

-01:26:077: Note on every white and red tick until 01:27:350, remove the slider at 01:26:623.
-01:36:805 to 01:45:532 Finish hitsound on every strong chord. (Such as on 01:38:986 and so on. All of them are on new combos.)

Looks good.

This is alright so far except for Hard which just has painful spacing issues. I suggest (read: I insist) you go through AIMod in the File tab and move around some notes, or just revise it with 1.5x or 1.8x spacing. I might come back to this and play around with hitsounds as well.

I tried to change as many as possible in hard but i didnt touched the jumps (but reduced their distance a bit)
when all would be snapped it would be boring :|
its now 29 issues from 141
funny thing was that it said by me it has 80 as i started to snap them

- Disable countdown on all diffs
- Make audio lead in the same for all diffs
- I don't know if the kiai time fits for this song ...

Skin;
- Hitcircle should be in a grayscale

- You need to put this elements on the folder (even if they're the template ones);
* Hitcircle overlay
* Approach circle
* Scorebar-ki, scorebar-kidanger, scorebar-kidanger2

Easy;
- In general for me hitsounds are too loud, lower the volume by 1 tick
- Use these colors;
Combo1 : 181,213,211
Combo2 : 20,62,131
Combo3 : 66,50,88
Combo4 : 72,58,28
- 00:14:986 >> Ugly slider :< Curve it better
- 01:00:805 >> Ugly slider, try to make it more symmetrical
- 01:09:532 >> More symmetrical
- Those 0.5x sections you have don't fit at all, the music doesn't go slow in those parts
- I don't like the sound of slider slide ...
- Try to create a pattern with the whistles

  2. You'll need to add the following files: "Approachcircle.png" and "Hitcircleoverlay", because you have a custom hitcircle here, so you'll need those file to avoid skin mixing.

I'd really like to see the circle size to be the largest but that's just up to you.
Use the grid level 4 and resnap the beats better and straighter than before.

See that it looks better? Put the beats randomly with the distance snap and not just straight all the time and you'll be fine! :D
And this goes to all the places and diffs where you have done the same problem!

I'd like really like the slider velocity set to 1.5. But it's up to you...

Use the grid level 4 and resnap the beats better and straighter than before.
Like before, should use more creativity, make the sliders and beats turn more in a fun pattern!
Move the beats around in fun patterns, fun bended sliders and makes different shapes with the beats. :D

It's very important that you continue the beats from where the slider ended.

You see that the slider ends where the beats then begin? That's how it should be for all sliders on all diffs!
It makes it easier play with mods and people will like the beatmap even more.

Put the overall diff one step to the right and the approach rate one step to the left.
Increase the slider velocity to 2.0 or at least 1.6! That would really make it a hard which it is.

Use the grid level 4 and resnap the beats better and straighter than before, now that you have increased the slider velocity maybe it's a good idea.
Do everything which is good for the beatmap to all diffs like before and now this diff.

Remember to resnap every beat and slider when you have made all these changes!

Overall... Pretty good. Keep up with the great work and you'll surely get it ranked! :D
