[confirmed] Misplaced Text Cursor in Extended Chat

On the "Online users" (f9) tab, The search bar, Underneath the the filter drop-down menu normally looks like this.


But, After you click someone to access their interaction menu, the bar looks like this.



A couple pixels on the left side become illuminated for no reason, This resets back to normal when you click the bar to type.

Very minor problem, But I noticed it, and had to post it.

Looks like a type bar, where it's the cursor for typing, not sure though

It looks like it.

But typing with it like that just types in chat. So it's not the true type bar.

Oh, This seems to also only happen after you visit the "Nearby" tab.

I once made a post about the nonsensical behaviour of the typing cursor and text input fields in general but I don't have a clue where that post is anymore. I did find this though.

I think we should have a thread regarding this behaviour in general instead of having it spread out like this, but that would require a closer look at when where and how exactly these issues happen. Aint nobody got time for that though, so I'm confirming this.
