When you hit a key at the exact same intervals for a very long time you start not needing to think about it at all

Pretty sure just paying attention to hitsounds and syncing them to the rate at which you headbang to the song will do it for you.

It just comes naturally. My accuracy used to be even worse than what it is now and I haven't done anything to intentionally try to raise it
