It is possible to improve my skill playing with those fingers? i mean no one in the top rank play like that,so i think is for a reason, exist a limitation or something?

I'd be surprised... I mean the ring finger does not seem to even come close to the efficiency of an index.
Try it, and let us know about it, but I don't think that'll work out for you, unless you have done some outstanding training of your ring finger

i actually have been playing 2 years with those fingers :/

Naturally index is more flexible and ring is linked to your pinky and middle a lot so that your mobility might be affected.

so i have to start playing index/middle to get better right?
