I see that you're using slider tick rate 2, nice, however i can rarely hear sliderticks o.o maybe increase the volume of your custom slidertick sound?
Not sure but, the singer goes arythmic pretty often and those sections are mapped to the lyrics.
00:43:164 - Honestly remove this tiny break like you did on Easy, doesnt make much sense to have such a short break

00:20:664 (1) - Out of bounds
01:45:075 (1,2,3,4) - I dont know why your mapping the lyrics in this part since the singer is arythmic in this section.
02:21:987 (1,2) - I dont like the overlap with the HP bar here, but your call.
02:24:193 (6,7) - It would be easier to switch from blue ticks to white/red ticks if instead (6) was a note and it's end was aligned with (7)'s start with a slider.
02:43:164 (6) - I dont like the overlap with the score here either D:
02:58:899 (6) - Another hp bar overlap.

[Normal]
01:43:605 (2,3,4) - Due to the spacing i expected these to be 1/4 later.
01:49:340 (1) - Pretty harsh, since there's no cue in the music to hint the player here, and the music had stopped so the player might have lost track of the rythm i'd recommend you remove 01:49:340 (1,2,3)
01:59:046 (4) - I dont like this hp bar overlap.

[Easy]
00:39:340 (2) - This slider feels completely weird compared to what you were doing in the whole mapset, it's like it doesnt fit there since the style used throughout the map is entirely different.
00:53:752 (2) - Dont use kick sliders in the easiest difficulty because new players wont be able to see the repeats.
02:24:928 (1,4) - Align these 2?
02:57:281 (1) - New combo bug from spinner, add a new combo to this note, because the spinner isnt registering an end of combo hitburst.

01:38:017 - This break seems rather out of place. Maybe map something instead of it for removing an awkward break and for break consistency^^ Maybe make it like in Normal and at least add a spinner.

Normal:
02:25:517 (2,3) - Having a jump in a normal?
02:59:634 (1) - Maybe make the sliderend stack with (4)?
03:09:046 (1) - ^

Hard:

The mp3 is a VBR and very slightly over the 192kbps average but converting it to a constant 192kbps mp3 saves almost no filespace so I see no reason for new timing etc so it's fine

Easy:
02:26:105 (3,4,1) - keep the spacing on this equal

Normal:
01:02:869 (5,1) - space these out more if possible

Everything else looks good
Call me back after fixes and I should be able to rank

You know, you achieve very little by pointing this out in any case. It doesn't matter if an mp3 averages out to be above 192kbps as long as V2 is used. Consider the ratio of file size to quality. Let me quote from hydrogenaudio to show you the relevance.



CBR encoding is not efficient. Whereas VBR and ABR modes can supply more bits to complex music passages and save bits on simpler ones, CBR encodes every frame at the same bitrate.

CBR is only recommended for usage in streaming situations where the upper bitrate must be strictly enforced.
With that in mind, there is no need to ever recommend V2 VBR over 192 CBR for osu! assuming that the mp3 in question is encoded with LAME. Um, nice map by the way, Dusty!
