Non-playing member needs to be ban

I think we should ban who never(or hardly ever) thinks about playing game and just trolling in game-chat.
(this is not about multi account, sorry)

[This user] and [This user] are the example.
They hardly come in game, and always troll #korean.

Does anyone have another case like this?

nope,

never happen to me in the channel i usually sit on

but this case sometimes happen in #osu though

like giving a link to the troll site etc

This is why there's the !report function.

When someone is trolling, save a log, translate it (at least the "main part") and report using that. A moderator will come in the channel (if he's not already there) and take action.

Also, what would be the criteria deciding when a player should be banned?

Agreed with KRZY. Those two (seems to be same person) are constantly trolling in #korean.

Self-claimed Taiko mapping master. I was CAT once, but kicked out due to laziness.

Because not everyone who is an active member necessarily plays. I sure as hell don't play often unless it's on my iPod.

Please... don't ban me! My parents... don't let me ever use a computer, so the only way on is school, and they blocked the in-game osu! login! This is why I can't play yet... Jarby just did a map for me so I could post. Please, I'm begging you don't ban me!
