Can I just quit or change my team? LOL.
I mean, most members of my team just didn't care much about the tournament anymore.

I'm also up for this.Nereikx wrote:

Thanks! You really saved us the trouble of fixing some of the rules. The Rules that you have fixed for us will be implemented to our ruleset, as soon as possible. (When Electric gets on ) Once again I am VERY grateful for your kindness or your free time.tryaway wrote:
Hello there,
Are we going to play with the same mappool next weekend?
If no, can you publish the mappool as fast as you can if you don't plan on showcasting it.
And I noticed a thing or another:
Because no one assumed that the rules has changed, they won't bother to read the rules twice.
But I was bored so I went to read the Tournament ruleset again and I noticed some changes.
The most important change is:
Section I, number 11: Your team may sub out as many players as desired at all times throughout a match.
So my question is: When did it changed and why didn't I know about it?
And some other things you should think about editing:SPOILER1) Section III, number 3: The bracket format is 3 rounds, which are best of 5, followed by semifinals best of 7. Lastly, finals will also be best of 7.
The winners brackets of Challonge is divided in 5 rounds (round 1,2 and 3 with semifinals and lastly the finals)
This could cause trouble for people if they ask themselves whether it is BO5 or BO7 now.
2) Section III number 3a: If a team loses a match, it will be placed in the loser’s bracket. The losers bracket will have 5 best of 5 rounds, with semis and finals being best of 7.
Same as above, Challonge shows 6 rounds for the losers bracket (Round 1,2,3,4,5 and a semifinal)
Could you explicitly tell what rounds are BO5 and what rounds are BO7 in terms of Challonge Rounds.
It could help much for those who wondering.
3) Section V number 3a: When playing a FreeMod map, at least 2 players must have a minimum of one mod activated .
Just change it to: When playing a FreeMod map, at least one player from both teams must have a minimum of one mod activated.
Some may imply that there needs to be two players from both teams must have mod activated.
4) Section V number 4: The tiebreaker will be played with FreeMod.
Altough it's known for all participants, you could still add: Nobody is forced to have mods activated on the tiebreaker map.
I hope I helped you guys.
If not, then just see it as if I got too much free time.
Hi tryaway! Thanks so much for taking the time out of your day to write this. Mappool is being released later today, just like last weektryaway wrote:

I downloaded every files in the song, created a new folder, and done > http://puu.sh/lGtSB/43b0171856.jpg
Since it's too much a pain to dl every single file in the song, I exported it as .osz . You can download it from here https://www.sendspace.com/file/e560vj just run the file and osu will import the song automatically, and make sure every diffs is on "latest ranked version".

Wow, this has been a hell of a journey.
From start to finish, on the player side, this has just been an incredible tournament. Teams in the 10-1k were no joke and it really was a battle of skill and stress management. I never imagined being pushed to tiebreaker not once, not twice, but THREE times by THREE Different teams. To everyone who participated in 10k-1k, it was a hell of a fight, and that's exactly what I wanted. From the player side, thank you teams 7up, Hail Lord Gravified, and Creamy Nougat Everywhere for the amazing battles that came down to the wire each time.
On the management side, It's been a cluster****. Overall however, I think this has been a really good experience, since as a part of the cluster****, I think I know where we went wrong on each aspect of the tournament. I'll definitely make sure that I'm a part of the next Z Tourney so that we don't make similar mistakes on the management. Now, I'd like to give some shoutouts. -Kupo-, for carrying the streaming set up, making ALL the graphics and that cool animated client background we had, and streaming way more matches than I couldve. electricbullet9 for busting his arse and losing sleep over organizing everything, despite it being the first time he ever took charge of an event like this, and doing a really good job considering the circumstances. Histoire for seeing that stuff was falling to pieces, coming in and backhanding Bear, laying down the law, AND creating the best damn 10k-1k mappool ever (Except for PP Genome). Sexual Tentacle for doing great work on the 50k-10k pool (waiting for me to come in and throw in BS maps to make it hard :3). Smc, Kardshark, and SirenMuzza for reffing all kinds of matches at weird times, even amidst the confusion. Gaburieu- for coming in last minute and streaming the 10k-1k grand finals. haxsu for coming in last minute and commentating (With the worst conditions on earth)!
Overall, i've met some incredible people I never would've met due to this tournament, and it's been awesome. Discovering commentating was perhaps the best part staff side. Looking forward to the next z tourney!
EDIT: I knew I forgot people.
