(suggestion) 00:26:100 (1,2,3,4) - your current pattern looks abit out of place in the map and kinda makes it look abit ugly, to suit your map more i advise this 01:05:528 (1) - remove new combo, your breaking the pattern you are following
01:14:100 (4) - new combo, this feels too long to suit the map style you are using, by putting a new combo here it breaks it up and feels much better
01:38:100 (5) - new combo, your breaking the pattern your following

Not the best difficulty spread but ok~

Here are my suggestions.
Beginner: 00:12:385 (1,2) - Maybe place a Clap or Cymbal on the ends of these sliders? Other than that, this is great. XP

Hyper: The HP drain rate is pretty low for "Hyper" difficulty. You might want to raise it.
00:02:100 (1,2,3,1,1,2,3,1,2,1) - This isn't a big problem, but you might want to consider making a new intro section. It's kind of silly that all three difficulties start with the same intro.
00:53:528 (1,1) - Two spinners? Kind of odd if you ask me.

Another: 00:02:100 (1,2,3,1,1,2,3) - You took the same intro and made it easier?
00:34:457 (13,1) - Spacing!
00:53:528 (1,1) - The return of the double spinner!

Is there a diff name between Beginner and Hyper ? The jump gap is way too big. You need another diff in between.
I really don't like the fact all osu! difficulties have the same slider speed. It kind of breaks the purpose of slider speed themselves.
The lighter blue blends with the background.

Too hard for the easier diff of the mapset. The sliders are too fast, and the spacing too low compared to the slider speed, which makes it hard to read and confusing. All the stacks make some of the rhythms hard to read as well.

00:25:457 (1,2,1) - This spacing is not easy to read. I thought they were 1/1.
00:59:100 (2,3) - This confused me because I thought (3) was 1/1 apart from (2).
01:48:385 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - As nice as this is, the placement of (7) and (8) confused me. I thought (8) was before. Fixing the approach circle colours might fix this.

This was... awkwardly difficult and hard to read. The spacing and pattern make the rhythms unreadable, and the rhythms themselves are weird and can't really be guessed.

I'm not quite sure what to do here, because the BGM claps don't line up exactly with the hit circles. They're pretty quiet anyway.

There's a difference between requirements and good practice. It's good practice to keey the osz as small as possible. The osb adds all of 40 bytes (but 4 kB on your HDD). That's why the next time you do a full submit, it would be nice to delete it. Don't bother otherwise unless you're OCD about that sort of thing (like I am). Note I said it was a suggestion :).

There was a post somewhere which said to mention it in every map which had it. It's up to you whether or not you want to do another full submit.

This might sound silly, but the title should be uncapitalized to fly through the night. (Mr. T is weird when it comes to capitalizing, It's either all caps like "ZERO-ONE" or none at all like with "xenon" and this. <.<)

Just a bit of suggestion but I think it would be a good idea to end the breaks at 00:50:100 at the first break and 01:31:671 at the second one.

I'm far from the best timing but the current timing feels a bit wrong and it feels like the map need around 30+ on the offset, you might want to check a timing expert on this though <.<. Screw it, had a bad universal offset.

[Normal]
This normal is very similar difficulty wise to Easy and I think it would be better if you made Normal a bit harder as the jump between Heavy and Hyper is pretty big.

[Taiko]
Not much of a taiko modder but some parts sounds odd here :|
That being said I find that with most taiko maps so I should probably not comment about this difficulty.

[Another]
All these double claps sounds awful, one clap is enough.

I moved it down slightly too so that the sliders aren't too close together.
